The scariest moment in a non-horror game is probably hearing Skull Kid's scream in Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. It freaked me out so much as a kid. Look at this video:

Though this is something I wouldn't play, also regarding the fact I can't invest in a Playstation 4, I enjoyed this review. It ran smoothly, and it contained a decent amount of detail. Keep up the good work.
