ok, so the other day i was surfing in ever grande before the eliete four, and i found latios lvl 27. can you get latias the same way? Also, at southern island (through warp cave) the other Lati wont appear there, i had already chose latias on TV! a little help, please?

Wiseguydude : oh yea i was going off it's name in Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. I think it's north of mossdeep. you get Mew in both tides and Deyoxes in low tide. glad to be of assistance

This is the sequal to EarthBound, an action-packed RPG for the SNES ( Super Nintendo )
