From what I've heard, the storyline is the shortest since they started having stories in the game. There will be online to "make up" for the very short story but I see GTA trending just like every other franchise... Less offline and more online to make up for the lack of single player content.

Back when I used to game all the time, when I was just working and not in college, I would complete games. Now I really don't have the time because of classes. Also the game would make a difference because I'm not going to go full out in a game I don't like.

Yes, I'm along with other and think there's always been good and bad movies/video games. Everyone who thinks that both of those things are going downhill might just not be watching/playing the right things.

Has anyone seen the Life of Pi? It's fairly weird but a very good movie and many of the other movies that aren't blockbusters tend to be higher in content than explosions and special effects.

Also I do have to disagree that older games are better or that newer games have less depth as yet again, it all depends on the game. A CoD or shooter will have no depth was a RPG will likely have major depth. If you think that western games are becoming too easy or too vapid, try some Asian games. Many Asians get mad if their game isn't very difficult, since they see a game being difficult as an assurance that they're getting their money's worth.

It all depends on the game/movie. If you think a certain genre is boring/easy, start trying another genre.

What about Persona 2: Eternal Punishment? It's a fairly rare game and even used it's selling for about $50 on Ebay. I just want to know what I would get for it. Also you could try putting it on the site before selling it.

I think that most fighting games just require too much split-second timing and practice for me to bother. Also most of them are almost completely online now so you're likely to be placed against opponents who've spent way too much time playing and are masters or something.

I miss the days of good and simple fighting games, like the original Soul Caliber. That game took skill to win and not just memorization or endless practice.

Same thing's happened to Microsoft and if Nintendo actually had online gaming then the same thing would happen to them. Stuff happens daily that we're never informed of and it's not right to blast Sony for something they had no control over.

I'm an Atheist, but only game on the computer since my PS2 died and I don't have the money to buy a next-gen console. Um, the only consoles that I ever paid for were a PS, GBC, and PS2, so I'm a Sony fanboy.

I really think that any correlation between religion and gaming consoles is that the Xbox is based mainly in the US, where christianity is the main religion, whilst the PS is based mainly in Japan with a large fanbase in America.

I was just pondering the amount of mature rated video games being released that are rated such for the level of graphic violence in the game. With games like FPS's, Resident Evil, and other types of games that include very graphic violence, do you think that this is taking away from other games that are rated mature but for other reasons?

The violence is very cartoony and the animated blood is rarely depicted from a body. It does have some mature situations, like a character being sexually ambiguous, but nothing you won't see on TV these days.

I would much rather see more games like this out on the market over some violent bloodbath.
