Are race separated classrooms better, worse, or neither? Would a classroom of nothing but white kids be better than one with Asians, blacks, Hispanics, and whites?  

People usually act how they're going to act regardless of the sex of those around them. Yes, I agree that kids have to have the interaction with others to learn how to act and behave in society BUT the idea that a single sex classroom might hinder this development is ludicrous. 

Most people have a life outside of work/school and implying that being in a single sex environment would stop interaction with the opposite sex is wrong. Yes, work/school is a huge part of the day but in the end the rest of your life takes more time than school/work.

patar4097 : It was a first and many people are copying it now... Many people want it if only because it can't be had anymore. Rarity is a big thing in collecting.

1. It would do you well to not believe everything everyone tells you. Always keep your mind open and make your own decisions. It might be your mother but she isn't always right.

2. Creatures are neither good not bad. Just because some book has a snake doing something evil, no offense to religious people, doesn't make an entire kind of creatures evil. Snakes are part of the world's ecosystem and do the world a favor by controlling rodents and more.

LoL has a LeaverBuster that automatically bans for AFK's and leaving the game. The only thing you can do about it is play games without problems and you will lower your LeaverBuster level.

I get angry playing LoL. It's just that when I lose a game or another player is acting really stupid or playing very badly, it just makes me angry. I'm level thirty in the game and in games I should be placed with other experienced players. 

This doesn't meant hat people can't make mistakes and that I don't make mistakes, but getting teamed with a troll is stupid. Like the game I just had. I did the best in the game but we still lost because one player was a troll, another disconnected, a third claimed to be new to his champion but acted like he didn't even know how to play his role, and the fourth player refused to communicate at all during the game.

Another peeve is bad team composition. I realize that people can play whatever they want, but it's most likely the other team is following the meta.

I also play League and my name on there is ThemeOfJunes.

I don't play ranked but normals is so infuriating most of the time. 

I played it for a couple weeks and once you get past the tutorial and into the meat of the game, you just realize it's pay to win and not worth your time. I'm not going to play a game that skews the odds on drops just to get my to pay real money for items.

I do realize that they have to make money somehow and the game is "free," but the pay to win part is just too obvious.

So nice seeing a review for under-appreciated gems like this game. I'm a fan so it's very nice to see a review for this game. Thanks you for not giving this game a bad rap even though it's quite a few years old now.

OrdannonsX : 7.5 is a reasonably high score for a game and I agree with you completely. If this reviewer thought the game was "AWFUL," then he gave a much too high score.

Welcome to the Inn, where players meet to play cards and win gold and fame! Choose from nine characters, each with a different ability and different cards to choose from. These characters range from a mage to shaman to cleric, most of the classes from WoW. Level up your characters while earning gold!





Gameplay

The way this game plays isn't completely original but it does do a few things differently from other cards games I've played.



1. Your resource is mana crystals and are normally gained one a turn until ten at maximum. Your crystals are renewed completely at the beginning of your turn.



2. You spent crystals to cast spells and creatures/minions. These run the gambit from vanilla, just attack and defense, to creatures with battlecry. Battlecry means the ability is triggered when the minion is played. Just like in other games, this ranges from a constant effect to a one-time effect and effects that only happen when the creature is damaged.



3. The biggest difference between this game and any other is that the character you have can play a weapon and attack the opponent directly or a creature. Weapons have an attack and a durability that is reduced when the character attacks. Also each character has a special action only that character can do. A Rogue can spend mana and summon a dagger while a Shaman can summon a random totem and each of five or so does a different thing.



Graphics



Graphics are done in the manner of WoW so they're good. Many details, nice colors, and the colors just fit the circumstances. A Druid has many earthy colors while a Rogue is darker...



Sound



Hearthstone is actually a very noisy game. There's background sounds of the Inn that you play in, creatures spout off lines when attacking, being attacked, and etc. You can right-click your character to make use of several lines like a hello or a threat. The dialog on the creatures can be annoying but you go through them so often that the lines never really grate.



Addictiveness



There are three Facets to the game right now. There's a single player mode where you unlock characters and level up their decks while playing against AI opponents. There's an online mode where you play against other people using the pre-made decks or your own. Finally there's a sealed mode where you pick a character and build a deck from a bunch of boosters. There's not much depth but always something to do if you play against others.



[b}How the game plays

Two players each have a thirty card deck filled with creatures, magic, and maybe weapons. First turn you have one chance to pick cards from your hand to place back in your deck and draw cards to replace them.



Then the player who went first draws a card and the player who goes second gets the "coin" card that gives a free temporary mana crystal.



Players then play creatures and spells until someone loses their thirty life points.





Summary



This game is pretty fun but is very grindy, from earning gold to leveling characters. Maybe it will have more content when it clears beta? It is free now so if you like playing cards online and like World of Warcraft, maybe this game will eat up your hour!

iiGrinchii : Yeah, I wish I could but they just announced that Persona 5 will be on the PS3 so I will be buying that. Hopefully when the game comes out, the price will be much lower on the PS3. Somewhere around $99 will be great, like they did with the PS and it might happen since P5 isn't going to come out for at least two years.

Awesome-Kid : Yes, never ever get a console the first day it's out if only for bugs.

YEs, excited for Kingdom Hearts 3 but not much for FF15 unless they've gone back to what made the series good. Squeenix has made it known that FF15 will be much like Kingdom Hearts actually, with a focus on Action RPG instead of the usual format from just a few games ago.


This doesn't sound promising and it's making me doubt Squeenix's handling of one of the most loved franchises of all time.

Yes, there's not really many games out for PS4 or Xbox1 to warrant any excitement over the systems. I did stop by a Best Buy today and check out the PS4 and it seems OK. Never been much for graphics so it didn't impress me much.

Yes, Minecraft might do well ont eh PS3 and PS4 but the Vita??? They would have to bring the pocket edition of the game onto the Vita one would assume.

That looks pretty good. Is it in the line of Monster Hunter and the like with a bunch of different missions? I like when the characters are just wielding absolutely massive weapons. It's over-the-top but completely cool...

I'm a level 30 on LoL and my user name is ThemeOfJunes. I can do all lanes but prefer top and mid. AP Mordekaiser is awesome and will carry if unopposed.

I'm actually pretty excited for this game as well. I don't know id I will ever play it though since a game I really want will be released on the PS3 in a couple years and my money will be going towards the PS# instead of the PS4, the system they say KH3 will be out on.


Also I'm worried the story will be near incomprehensible since I can't afford to buy and play all the in-between games on the 3/DS and all.
