Basically, you click on the Retro Game Room in the top left corner, search for the game you'd like to play with one of the many filtering and sorting options and just click on "PLAY GAME" below the game's info after you click on its title.
Just clicking the "PLAY GAME" button counts as 'buying' it and your Viz will automatically be reduced. Once you bought it, you can access the games at any later point over the "Your Games" link at the top of the screen, under the board logo. That's about all there is to it. Davideo7 :
I was just pointed at this offer by a thread in General Chat and it actually turns out I already made 101 screenshots (not counting bonus points for unique categories etc) since I registered 3 days ago, so I should qualify for the Beta Test Ticket, no? That'd actually be pretty neat since I already found a game that I wanted to but couldn't play due to missing the Ticket! And if I pick this up now, can I still "upgrade" to the other prizes later on? Yea, in fact I have a crush on one of my better friends and I actually constantly hint at it and he ~kind of~ responds, but I'm not sure if he feels the same in any way at all.
Never actually had a crush on anyone before ever, so yeah. Never actually had a crush on anyone before ever, so yeah. |

I stumbled over this game while searching for a different game and I can't say I expected this to be as good as it was.
You can almost smell the love that went into this, from the little death animation to the rather eccentric boss enemies everything just looks so.. polished. Gameplay: You control a spherical tank with the ability of turning its cannon clockwise at the press of (the) A button independently of where it's moving and shoot with the B button. You are opposed by dozens of unique enemies, all with their own weapons and behaviors, making for an extremely dynamic game. Even if you try and rush your way through the levels, there will be tanks skidding into your way, shooting at you from behind rocks or just following you around until you dispose of them. The enemies aren't the only thing you can shred to pieces in an instant though, most of the.. "obstacles" placed in your way, ranging from tank-sized, rolling rocks to simple houses and even bombs can be destroyed, giving you a fresh feel of power every time half the screen is taken up by the special effects of an exploding villa. But there's more, more physical rewards for flattening the landscape, namely a wide range of power-ups, such as dual and triple shots, piercing shots, exploding shots, and, of course, health canisters. Every stage contains a mid- and a real boss, all of which are really fun to fight, although one could wish for more creative ways to damage them than "shoot until the screen explodes". Story: Even though there is not a single spoken (and/or written) word in this game regarding the story, you can get a hint just by paying attention to your surroundings and the enemies you come across, most importantly the dark clones of yourself. The first level starts out in the countryside, flying out of a burning house and has you follow the trail of the enemies attacking you, until you find yourself at a desert base with a tremendous storage of the aforementioned clones of yourself, most of them seemingly deactivated, until you come across a 1:1 copy of yourself as a mini-boss, which ends up going overdrive and finally falls to your hand. What could be up with that? You'll find out in that really dark cave at the end of the base. Graphics: The graphics are, compared to a lot of other Game Boy games, really elaborate and easily discernible. The levels are full of decorative tiles and the bosses are drawn really, really well. It's really hard to get a pixel mess made out of 4 colors to look like a giant jack in a box. This game did it. Sound: Considering the Game Boy was only capable of the so called "bleeps and bloops", the soundtrack of this game was really nice and had this "oh man I'm on a big adventure" feel, which you don't get often with a game based around shooting the stuffing our of everything in your way. The sound effects are mostly just noise (for explosions) and these little jingles (for picking stuff up) you're used to by now, so I don't think I need to comment on this much. Difficulty: The game starts out gentle, the first level is fair about introducing you to the game's mechanics and the bosses are rather forgiving. And then you die every second screen by the second level. Fortunately, you have infinite continues and just have to restart the level when you run out of extra lives, but it is still punishing enough to make you feel like you lost something. All the power-ups may make you a tank trashing beast at times, but get hit once and it's over with that. Get hit thrice and you're dead. This game is Nintendo Hard. Depth: Not so much, other than the adventure mode there's nothing to do, and even that one is very linear. The levels are big enough to get this a 7/10, though. Addictiveness: I could definitely play this game again a few times before it gets boring and even though I had to redo many stages many, many times, it never felt frustrating or tedious, but much rather even more fun, especially since Game Overs are still very forgiving for what they are, at least you aren't thrown back to the start of the game again, Battle Toads style. This game was really a pleasure to play, and a nice surprise, considering it probably is better than the game I was looking for. Definitely a hidden gem we got there, I'm surprised this only has so few plays, especially considering it is made by the creators of the well known Smash Bros. franchise! Man I used to play this game as a kid all day.
I didn't expect to actually find it here, but will you look at that. The thing that made this game so addicting and fun to me back in the day wasn't the deep gameplay or the awesome graphics, which, admittedly, this game both lacks, no, it was the level editor. It's probably the first game I've ever played that had a built-in level editor, making it possible to build my own levels and have my brother play them. I'll stop rambling on about that now though and just review this thing. Gameplay: The game is simple. You spawn in a large, square box and have to collect all the "gold" by using your laser gun to burn holes into the floor; by which I mean the bricks melt into thin air, only to fill up a little later again, killing everything inside it, whether it's you or the enemy. Unlike you, the enemies respawn at a random spot high up in the air, though, making up for unfair ambush situations if you do not position yourself carefully. Reaching the gold can prove itself difficult at times, from climbing ladders and crawling along tightropes to digging tunnels with your gun, or even using your enemies as stepping stones. This sounds spectacular. It's a GameBoy game, though, so it looks kind of like a bunch of toy soldiers chasing and eating dust across a landscape that resembles ant tunnels more than anything. Oh, did I mention that the enemy collects the gold, too? Whenever an enemy passes over a gold pile accidentally (they don't aim for it, they really just stumble into it as they're trying to get you), it'll pick it up and only drop it when you trap it inside a vaporized brick, after which you'll have to walk across it and collect the gold. Once you have collected all the gold available in the level, you'll hear a little jingle and previously invisible ladders start popping up, that lead to the top of the level; once you reach that top, you'll get to see a little animation, with confetti popping out of a Super Smash Bros. Party Ball and everything. Sound: The in-level music is a simple little audio loop akin to the old Donkey Kong games, which would create a rather poor audio scene, if it weren't for the sound effects for literally every little thing the player does, from footsteps to falling sounds. They make the game seem a little more lively, enough for an okay-ish score of 6 in the sound department. Graphics: Eh. They fulfill their purpose of making everything look distinct, but they're nothing to write home about. Two different typed, a ladder, tightrope, door, key and two human characters - for the player and the enemies - are all it offers, along with the really non-descr Does it look like sand? Is it a really strangely textured jelly? Who the hell knows. 4/10 Difficulty: 9/10. Sounds hard? It is. The pre-made levels are all really, really challenging and very punishing. Every single mistake is penalized by death, either caused by the enemy recklessly chasing you down or by suffocating in a hole that you created yourself just seconds ago. Whoops, there goes that life. And lives aren't something you have a lot of in this game, you start out with 3 and have no way of gaining them. However, this is not important unless you are aiming for the high score board, since you can choose which of the 50 levels you want to play from the very start by simply tapping the A button a few times. Addictiveness: This game. 9/10. It stole many hours from my young life, trying to finish all the levels - and the ones my brother made me. A lot of the collectibles require a lot of thinking, which often ends up in rather frustrating situations where the player will have to commit laser-cide and star all over. Once you figure out all of the solutions to a level, the feeling of finally completing it is great, though, and keeps you coming for more. Depth: 50 levels out of the box, some of which double the size due to the key-door that leads to a second, completely new room, and infinite levels to make and play yourself. It's like you're playing with Legos, just on a GameBoy and there's no Lego anywhere. All in all, I'd give it 8 points out of 10, although that is VERY LIKELY just the nostalgia speaking out of me here, the game probably won't be any good for most other people, but wouldn't complain if this game was more popular, even if just among few people. Five, three guys and two gals, although I never met one of my brothers, because he was given up for adoption before I was even born due to my parents' financial situation at that time.
Guess you can't raise 3 toddlers at once with nearly no income at really young age, so it most likely was for the best for him. Guess you can't raise 3 toddlers at once with nearly no income at really young age, so it most likely was for the best for him. |

I have red hair and freckles, was (WAS) really fat as a child and also had (HAD) really long hair and yet I never experienced bullying or discrimination of any kind.
Now, in 11th grade some of my friends crack ginger jokes, but it's just kidding around and a lot of these jokes are just so punny that even if they were serious I'd still love the hell out of them. The most people ever said about my weight in elementary school was the advice kind of "hey you should lose some weight" AND WHATS THIS I listened to them. 4.52Mb/s down and 0.74Mb/s up. Supposedly slower than 71% of Germany.
By any means, I wouldn't complain if I had better internet, but it is more than enough for my needs. Pages load pretty much instantly, games and other files don't take aeons to download and I have yet to ever lose connection to anything, so it's pretty stable too. The only problem with using transparent .pngs is that the place you host it on could potentially have a hiccup and just not serve the file at all.
But that's really not a problem if you use vizzed for the image, since it's logically always going to be up as long as vizzed is. So yeah, .pngs are definitely the superior choice, especially if you care about compatibility with ancient browsers at all and the loading times are really tiny for an image that is a hundred times smaller than your own avatar, no matter your internet speed, so it can pretty much be neglected. Granted, but after a while of being successful, you change your skin colour for reasons nobody shall ever know and people start calling you a pedophile.
You will eventually hold your own baby over your own balcony, making the media go raving mad and then Michael Jackson died in 2012. I wish I had wide hips. The sour apple juice would soak the sweet strawberry, making it virtually impossible to enjoy! Separated they're nice, though. The person below me prefers Harry Potter over Star Wars. You know how in your header you put these things?
.
That's called "opening the div tag". "Closing tags" is done very similarly to opening them, just put a For every time that you 'open' a tag inside your header (no matter how much you style them using CSS/the style tag (style="")), you will have to 'close' that tag at the end of your signature (or where ever you want to close it, but you want the signature in this case). Edit: Also, judging from your code up there, you tried to insert a background image using the following: background: url( Unless I'm missing some css stuff specific to this site, this will not work, you simply link an image directly with css, so you'd have the following in this case: background: url('link') no-repeat; The quotes can stay there, that's more standard compliant, but they aren't really needed. things?

Graduate.
I'm not going to graduate right at the end of this year, but I already have to collect credits and stuff for next year, so I'm keeping myself busy with that. Other than that.. stay.. drug free I guess? I don't see myself starting to smoke or drink anyway so eh. I store my swagger in snapbacks so I can unleash the full force by just wearing them.
Heck, I get paid in snapbacks. Heck, I get paid in snapbacks. |

I like legacyme3, not only does he do his job as a global mod quite well from what I've seen, but I also have no idea who he is or why he has such an exquisitely cute butt! |
