There was a chef that lost about 300 pounds because his friend texted him "fat ****" every day for six weeks. Say what you want about bullying, it's effective for certain people. I was never bullied but I was out of shape and wanted female attention, so I turned my life around in my teenage years. I wouldn't even call my old self fat, just out of shape. Since then I have been regularly exercising and am in pretty remarkable shape for someone pushing 30.

Point is, regardless of your motivations, everyone getting fit is pushing towards the same goal: self-improvement. Something that helped me, something that was always in my mind was knowing that I could do better. When I thought about eating something I thought "People with six pack abs don't do that" and then I wouldn't. I knew what I wanted and I knew I could get it.

If willpower isn't your forte, I have some advice that helped me. Drink 2 cups of water before you eat, that will make sure you don't pig out. Also, gum. Eat tons of gum. When you have gum in your mouth, you can't just grab a few chips from the bag. By the time you've spit it out and your mouth isn't minty anymore you've forgotten about those chips. I found this to be a surprisingly effective strategy. Also, look at nutrition facts. Those daily values may not apply to everybody, but just knowing the fat contents of some food was enough to repulse me from some of the things I used to eat.

Remember, if you don't think you have time to go to the gym, if you are just too busy one day, you always have five minutes. Get on the ground and do some crunches, some leg lifts, get yourself active. Workouts don't have to last an hour. Cardio workouts may take awhile, but you can always go really hard for 5 minutes and get a good burn. Anything is better than nothing.

Also, do some research. There are workout websites all over the Internet that will help you make plans, there are programs that let you input what food you ate and they will tell you what you should be eating for someone of your height and weight, and there are websites that will help you get the motivation you need.

In this day and age there are few good reasons to stay out of shape. If you can do it, and you want it well enough, you can have it all for yourself. I and everyone on Vizzed have got your back

A good user is just a normal dude. They stay calm, they aren't a jerk, they contribute to conversations, that sort of thing. Bad vizzed members are appropriately the exact opposite of that.

If the persona I've used throughout this site is anything to go on, I've murdered and stolen quite a bit. Haven't actually, but you never know. There are many better places for a criminal to commit crimes if that's what they want to do

Holy crap, Dark, that thing is amazing! I don't like minecraft much because I lost any sense of creativity in Kindergarten and my houses are all just big squares made of wood, which is why I really like these minecraft build demonstrations. The stuff people make in this game are really, really cool. Keep up the builds!

I give this review a 6/10 for unbalanced weapons, laggy matchmaking, and slanderous comments toward a magical human being. Presumably I was a child at one point, whenever I ask my parents about it they just stare blankly for a little while before suddenly shaking and going back to what they were doing as if nothing happened. Suffice to say they don't talk about it much.

My worst problem with reviewing is that I can't organize my thoughts, I want to talk about sound and then I immediately jump into graphics and then it's a huge mess and I think "I should PM this to Eirinn" and it's a big mess...

What I'm trying to say is that you show the organization ability very well, to create a very well structured review that can talk about the ups and downs of the game very effectively. I get caught on the downs a lot. See? I'm even having trouble organizing my thoughts now.

My driving habits are pretty much the same. I will only ever speed 5 miles an hour above to follow the flow, and I always leave early enough that I'm not in a rush. When I was younger I was far too afraid to speed, which made me different from every single one of my family members, who treated speed limit signs as kind recommendations from small bugs. Flooring it can be entertaining out in the open, but going fast when there is anything I could run into makes me really nervous. I don't really drive aggressively because there are a lot of things that can go wrong speeding to get through lights or switching lanes with only a little space.

No, I would not. Think about the final fight in Man of Steel. Metropolis must have had a large wave of immigration after to get to its current population, because no more than 10 civilians survived that fight. I also wouldn't want to live in a world with super heroes because I would be the worst super hero ever. I would use my superpowers to impress girls and maybe help you not die if it were convenient to me. If you cut in line or said "YOLO" I would murder you and any adjacent people for the "greater good of the city". The ugly thing about superpowers is that when police say "You can't just murder people like that, Ender", I would say "Well, I did, and funnily enough I can murder you too"

That moment when you have a really long debate with someone and are wondering why they are like "why would you think that?" to everything you say, and then you realize a few hours after that you completely misinterpreted the first thing they said and probably sounded like a complete idiot.
