Theres a lot of these "Whats your favorite...." type posts right now so heres mine. Whats your favorite sound? Not music. Just a random sound that you find fascinating or enjoyable. For instance. Favorite sound of all time is when you close a big book and it makes that whoomp sound. Real brief but for some reason its cool. Whats yours?

Potemkin from Guilty Gear. Strong, slow, and methodical. Also Potemkin has a tendency to accidentally break things with his monster hands. Unfortunately I do too. My nickname around here is "Hands of death". Also Potemkin is an artist and I am too.

Resident Evil 2. I remeber waiting anxiously for it and playing the hell out of it. Me and a friend actually hooked up 2 TVs next to eachother and played the A game B game plus modes and guess what. EPIC...they actually sink up really well as long as you dont get tooo far ahead of eachother. Now THAT takes some planning.

In my humble opinion. Any Final fantasy after 8. I will even go so far to say that 8 was trash but at least you actually got to PLAY in it. Final Fantasy now is all substance no form. Like a really hot ice skater chick who has dull skates. She falls on her face but the crowd cheers anyway because at least she looks hawt doing it!

Boredom can cause you to do numerous things strictly out of impulse and the things you do can adversely affect you in some way either mentally or physically. Say youre bored and you scarf a pint of ice cream. Now youve gotten all that crap in you. Fats and sugars and stuff. Now you feel like a piggy. Say you get drastic about it. You go and try to throw up. Now youre sticking a finger down youre throat. You have forgotten that earlier in the day you did some vehicle maintenance and youve got chemicals on your hands. Now youre throat is burning. Youre getting an allergic reaction. You try to call 911 but you cant speak. they send paramedics but its TOOO LATE BUSTER. You die of suffocation due to a closed throat because of an allergy to bug and tar remover. Boredom can kill see? Be careful!

If I understand the question right then yes I do. If you dont read the forum you post to then youre most likely posting gibberish. Like if the forum is about what car was best for Batman and you logged on and said I like the Batmobile! I think I explained it well. Im a little drunk right now so yeah. there you go. Answer is yes!

I would draw for comics or design games because those are passions which drive me to keep on living and breathing. Unfortunately Im not only financially stuck but creatively stuck as well because of all these bills I have to deal with. One lives in hope of a brighter tomorrow!

I learned at a young age how to cook and just learned all I could as I grew up. Now Im the only person I know that doesnt eat out of a tin or a fast food place all the time lol. People come over when they can because its always a real meal. There are some things That escape me however. I am going to nail them down too.

This is the first attempt at a thread post ever so I hope its in the right spot and what not. So all these games...any age, generation, console, game type what have you all have something in common. All of them inevitably have some kind of food that a character eats to regain life or magic or whatever. I thought it would be a cool discussion to see if anyone besides my self has ever wondered what it would taste like. So, What video game food would you taste if you could make it real. Personally I would like to sample a Bronto Burger from Anarchy online. Sounds yummy and Im a fan of hamburgers. I imagine it would taste kind of like a salty hamburger...maybe gamey.

From what Im lead to believe stem cells are able to mimic cells in the body as they develop kinda like an animal will adapt to its environment over time. It can repair damaged nerves and all that jazz is what I have been told. I am all for it. Stem cells have an untapped scientific potential that people need to allow research on. This potential left untapped can do no good for us as human beings. We could be allowing dangerous diseases like cancer to remain uncured forever with what limited resources left to work with. There is a way to harvest stem cells without harming a fetus but from what I know there are different types of stem cells. The most "pure" types come from a developing fetus I believe. Anyhow I have a limited scope of knowledge and before intelligence is brought to play let me just say this. I may not fully understand the way this works but I fully appreciate the levity of not granting science the ability to cure us of diseases that we may be arbitrarily subjected too I.E. cancer. If we put a cap on the research how many of us WILL die from diseases that may be curable?

The reason were so dumb as a society is because were not taught to be controversial and take a stand for what we believe in anymore. Were encouraged to just take a back seat and dumb it down for everyone else. This is most evident in schools now. It started with cliff notes for Shakespeare and progressed rapidly to censoring literature or altering it completely to fit in with a more "sensitive" generation of kids. The theory of evolution is a useful tool to give people a stepping stone in the possible research of our existence. By continuously deleting our history and discovery as humans we water down what education we are even able to give. I dont agree with his evolution theory because if it were true then why dont monkeys and such just start hopping out of trees and going to work. However I dont agree with spontaneous generation either. We didnt just poof and appear no matter how much one wishes to believe that notion!
