I've only recently got into X-Men. Got mixed feelings about this new one because I don't much rate Brett Ratner as a director. Ironically Brian Singer who directed the first 2 left X-Men to work on Superman Returns. A project Rattner was attached to way back when.

It's not terribly likely but I'd love for the film to get a LOTR style extended cut when it gets to DVD. I thought some elements could have been further embellished. the early scenes with Lucy and Mr Tumnus/ Edmund's interaction with the Queen. Little things like that!

I think your best bet when the game's complete may be to do a "lite" version for internet distribution and then do a deluxe version for the fans to request on CD. That way more people get to experience the game and diehard fans like most of us on the board get the real deal

Loved it loved it loved it. It's been a long time since I read any of the books but as far as I remember there was nothing omitted. Excellent acting which is rare in such a young cast and I had my doubts about Liam Neeson as the voice of Aslan but Oh how wrong I was! And Aslan's death?!?! I had to fight back a tear!

Does anyone remember the animated version? I used to watch that religiously as a child.

Speaking of which I thought the Christian metaphors were a little bit overbearing but still, the film is a triumph!

I hope the other 6 books get such a treatment!

I agree, you should consider using RM95 as an alternative. If nothing else because there are more people on this thread who'd be able to help you

I think all the games have aged incredibly well. Particularly SH2 which came out in the early days of the PS2. the game still looks and plays superb.
