So I recorded Davideo7 and DittoDude44 match, but unfortunatelly, I couldn't record earthwarrior's, lolwayup, NES59 and ruanito. Since their match started late and I had a compromise then, which I warned before. Still, no use to cry over spilled milk. Moving on to the match I recorded...

Well, For me, tomorrow night is perfect, any time after 6 PM - Server time, is fine. I'm pretty sure Koda will be fine with that too, but I haven't seen him since this evening, before this thread was made. earthwarrior : Ok, it's settled then, just either call me on Netplay Lobby, send me a PM or Private Chat me when the match is about to start. Any will work. 

If anyone else is interested on having their matches recorded, let me know in advance, if possible, to make sure I can record it. Chances are I will be available most times, but it's better to make sure.

earthwarrior : Unfortunately, I can't at 4 PM. On Wednesday, I won't be at home from 12:30 to 2:00 PM and from 4:15 PM to 6:30 PM. Server time.

I can record any other time of the day besides the above exceptions. Any chances you could have the match start an hour early?

3:00 PM would be fine for me to record it, it probably would also be enough to give people time to join and fix any possible issue that could happen before the match starts.

Davideo7 : Well, I spend most of my time here on Vizzed on the netplay lobby, due to certain circumstances in my life. By that I mean almost the entire day, almost everyday. I'm not sure if I would meet Staff requirements to apply for such a position, but I wouldn't mind doing the proposed idea, even if I don't get Staff status. People would have to know I'm available to record their matches somehow though. In fact, I've talked with earthwarrior after you asked me to record your match, I said he could tell people on the next Tournament rounds that I can record their matches and get it uploaded to Youtube.

I think that idea of getting someone responsible of uploading such videos to YouTube is a great way to give more attention to the Netplay feature, while also being a good way to give people incentive on joining future tournaments that might be held.

Davideo7: Thanks for summoning me, it spared me the work of looking for the thread again, even though it would be easy to find.

Seishiro Leonhart : Okay, here's the catch... Streaming requires a good system, since it demands a lot from your computer and by that I really mean A LOT.

A computer capable of Streaming actual games with graphics on Medium to High in Full HD would have to be at least An I5 2500k (I would reccomend the 3570k though, but it's more expensive), with 8gb of memory and a Geforce GTX 650 (Ti Boost version is preffered). You would also need a case and a PSU of at least 500w with 80 Plus certification. You would also need a good motherboard. That is the cheapest configuration I can think of, for streaming purposes. This config would cost around 3000-4000R$ here in Brazil, if you take in consideration how expensive things are here, thanks to taxes.

If you don't plan on streaming, You would just need an I3 2105 (I'd say 3220, but again, it's a bit more expensive). You wouldn't need more than 4GB of ram either, and A Geforce GTX 550 Ti would be enough. A PSU of 400w with 80 Plus is enough for this one. This configuration can record videos perfectly fine, since it doesn't takes so much of your system, as opposed of streaming. It would cost around 2000-2500R$ here.

If needed I can recommend motherboards and give further details on what are it's features, it's memory frequencies and the socket type, etc... 

Also remember, I'm just considering the Hardware, we say CPU here, but it's wrong. Things such as mouse, keyboard, speakers, monitor, printer etc... weren't taken in consideration, but those can be of any brand, doesn't matters, cheapest or expensive, won't interfere on the performance. It'd cost an extra 1000-1500$ if you want them to be good though.

A good computer is expensive, Those were the cheapest options I could think of, in order to be able to let you do what you said you wanted to. Hope it helped somehow.

Davideo7 : There's only 1 problem with using an external program to record that I'd like to point out though. If there's any lag during the match it will show up on the recorded file. I think that using the RGR plugin built-in recorder makes it so the final file doesn't show any lag you may have experienced, but I'm not completely sure about that because I haven't had the opportunity to test it, since I don't usually experience lag.

Regarding our match, here are the available times for me and my partner, Koda. Tomorrow (Tuesday) he can be online around 4:00 PM (Central Time). At all other Days of the week he can be online at 12:00 PM and onward. As for myself, I'm available after 12:00 PM (Central Time) as well, everyday of the week except for Wednesday, In which I won't be available for the entire day, most likely. With that in time, Feel free to pick a time that fits you.

Now as for the games we would like to veto. For me It's Moto Roader and for Koda, it's Tiny Toons.

Davideo7 : I think I got it, but I have some questions I'd like to ask anyways. How does that rival system works? Is it just a random assortment so there's gonna be a team that you'll have to play twice, in order for the number of matches to be correct?

Also, is there an order for voting regarding the games to veto, or it doesn't matters, as long as everyone votes?

Lastly, I'd like to ask what do you prefer when recording the matches, recording the full computer screen, showing the chat and so on, or just the game screen and nothing else? Is there a preference?
