I have personally dealt with depression for a long time and I have gotten better but at the same time I don't know what the circumstances or causes of Barathemos's depression are so at best I can only give generic advice.

I. Try to improve your body image - Try to get in shape if you are not already and invest in a nice outfit. If you don't feel better about yourself physically then you won't will feel better mentally.

II. If you are having issues getting through your gym workout then try doing a lighter and quicker version of your workout and focus more on eating healthier to make up the difference.
If you don't feel comfortable in a gym then work out at home if you have the luxury of having your own room or a garage with enough space.

III. If you have trouble talking to people then try watching politics and debates of all kinds. Think what you will of politicians and their beliefs but they are masters of speech and communication and you can learn to make your case from their successes and failures.
Learning to speak clearly, confidently and being quick witted will improve your self esteem and thus help you with your depression.

IV. Consider seeing a psychiatrist and maybe he will prescribe medication to help but try to make sure that the medication isn't something so strong that it interferes with your daily life.

These are just a few of the things that I tried to use to help myself and it may work for you but only you know what bothers you and you will have to make slow and subtle changes to your habits and life in order to improve. It will take time and you will fail along the way but keep trying to improve yourself. Good Luck!

If you want to have a stable country then you will need to have freedom of religion. If you have a country then I would assume you have a massive population with many different groups that would believe in many different things and so there needs to be tolerance, acceptance and respect of others beliefs because when there is none then there will be conflict which can lead to civil war, domestic terrorism and even genocide as all these groups try to get rid of anyone who doesn't believe what they do and you can't build a good economy and a good life when things are blowing up.

I bought a PS4 in December of 2013 and while it has been fun watching next gen graphics and physics, it has been a slow year for the console but it looks like things will pick up this holiday season!

My favorite 80's-90's movie? Wow that is a big question but I think my answer will be Saving Private Ryan.

Personally coming from a guy who once had a fear of socializing, I would say it simply comes down to being afraid of confrontation whether it be a verbal or a physical one but thankfully for me I have gotten better over the years and I think building up your confidence will really help those who suffer from these kind of anxieties and fears.

At the moment for me it's Sony on first as they have good franchises and great third party support and with Nintendo a close second as they have great franchises but seem to have trouble attracting third parties to the Wii U.  As far as Microsoft on third place goes they really seem to focus and depend more on exclusives from third party developers instead of trying to build up franchises of their own and as great as I think Halo is - it may not be enough to carry the Xbox brand and it seems like that is the only big gun that they have.

It's easier to get excited for Hyrule Warriors because it is coming right around the corner and it certainly has it's merits and a fresh approach but I'm still more excited for Zelda Wii U and when it's out and compared to Hyrule Warriors I'm sure it will be a better game.

Is the Street Fighter movie with JCVD considered a guilty pleasure? Not really sure if it is ( Seems like it has a cult following ) but if it is then that will be my choice!

I like to listen. The quote " You'll learn a lot more listening than you will talking " rings true to me.

Super Mario. It's kind of amazing that this franchise has been going on for almost 30 Years and it still has not lost it's charm.

Mario actually has a pretty extensive rouges gallery - Wart, Tatanga, Smithy and Cackletta to name a few. I wouldn't mind seeing some other villains take another shot at Mario for a while and see if anything develops from it but Bowser needs to go away for it to happen and maybe meanwhile try giving heroics another try. I think he did pretty well in SMRPG!

This quote from Metal Gear Solid always stood out for me:

Gray Fox / Frank Jaeger: We're not tools of the government or anyone else! Fighting was the only thing... the only thing I was good at, but... At least I always fought for what I believed in...

My first handheld would be the first GameBoy that came with Tetris. I got it as a Christmas present when I was maybe around 7-8 years old.

A great open world survival game with an apocalyptic horror theme. Fallout 3/New Vegas ( Came very close ), Red Dead Redemption's Undead Nightmare, Last Of Us and Resident Evil ( 1-3, Outbreak ) were all great and helped fill that void a little but they have not quite reached what I have envisioned. I have high hopes that Fallout 4 will nail it!

I like the comedians that are more into political and cultural issues so I will go with George Carlin whom I could have seen perform live once but decided not to go and I am still kicking myself for it. I also like Bill Maher and I'm not sure if Penn Jillete counts but he also makes me laugh.

The Baseball Boys from Yoshi's Island are underrated, under appreciated and underused. I like how they work together when they are both on screen!

I also think some of the dinosaur enemies ( Dino-Rhino, Rex, Eerie ) you encounter in Super Mario World are under appreciated and I am also a little sad that Nabbit didn't make it into the Mario Kart 8 roster.

Midna from Twilight Princess had more character development than any other traveling companion so she easily takes the cake here so I'll pick her. I  also do think Ezlo from The Minish Cap is a good character to consider.

Only one? Then I guess I'll go with Mount Wario in the Star Cup from Mario Kart 8. It's a long course down a snowy mountain that seems to try to mix kart racing and skiing and I like the music that plays especially when you go into the forested part of the course.

I got a few ( they tend to go for my legs ) and to make things worse I live near water which is a breeding ground for them but to be honest it is not the bites that bother me - it's the diseases they carry. Some people in my county got West Nile Virus and one unlucky person got Chickungunya.

But on a more positive note, sometimes I see them as they are doing their thing and then I get them!
