when they said SP3 they were refering to XP not FireFox.

also it seems the new upgrade for FF has caused the issue in some comps...

http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?locale=uk&comments_parentId=269856&forumId=1

one person said this though...
----------------------------------
FIXED myself

went into the desktop Firefox shortcut>properties>compatibility and unchecked the compatibility mode -was checked for win 2000 - ?? not sure why this was checked, but it works now, Yippeee
-------------------------------------------------------
if it still dont work try uninstalling and installing the previous version.

ok... IE is built in you cant uninstall it because it is part of the operating system.

It has better defenses that any other browser.

plus all those other browsers use IE tech base to run.
so technically all these browsers ARE IE... just with fancy addons and looks...

If you want looks just mod your themes DLL and download styles...

stop waisting prescious memory to make your comp LOOK better.

Werewolves are more ferocious than vampires.
Vampires like to do mind control and be sneaky.
Werewolves are in you face kick yer butt bad!!!

In a fight vampires use skills and their brain which is a better assett but I think Werewolves instincts are sharper and faster.

lol Ziggy...
i wouldnt trust fish either unless it was a last resort..

zombies dont have air so dont float but they can walk it would be easy for them to walk under water...lol

with no one to keep the grid from crashing the electric would probably go down.

thats another thing I thought of is if you get a snowmobile and live in colder weather I doubt zombies can walk if they are frozen stiff.

lol

AHHH a post i can sink my teeth into...lol

First 2 things you need in order to survive is weapons and transportation.without neither of these nothing else is obtainable.

Transportation -
get a small uhaul (dont go big because if push comes to shove youll need manuverability. Plus most uhauls are kept fully gas filled and have their own pumps. and most cities have one. Uhaul doors are high off the ground so are harder for zombies to enter. They can also be modified to add a small door from the cab to the back area and once locked hard to open.

Guns-
once you have these then you visit some gun shops increase your artilery.
Army bases might have some advanced weaponry but most with have a high population.

Food-
the local grocer to grab as much canned food as you can.
Dont eat open foods only eat sealed. Plus unless you have to dont kill your own food even if animals are resistant to the process you cant be sure they are not carriers.

Shelter-
This one is tough because you never know where a zombie will pop out. I have thought about this one alot and i have come to conclusion that a catholic church would be best.

Defense-
Many Catholic churches are made really sturdy plus there is tons of room for storage and classrooms can be converted into sleeping areas also good for protection.
most catholic churches have balconies which is awsome if you are over run and they get in. prime area for snipeing
balconies should also be used for most of your storage for food and ammo.

I use wireless on my laptop and can roam around the house freely...
(note - for this to work properly you need to have your router centralized in the area)

also I do torrents with wireless as well and all works great.

I vote wireless...

Spybot would detect vundo but not remove it.

Ive been using spybot for many years...
I also like uniblue suite...
has spyware scanner, updates drivers, cleans regisrty

Combofix removes vundo in 10-15 min

then I follow it up with a rigerous cleaning.

Which I do every 2 - 4 weeks

I also forgot to mention that even though spyware is not considered a virus my opinion it is more destructive.

and to remove spyware does not save your computer here is why.

When you get infected every popup, every download it does, adds to your registry. Each entry stays there stuck in limbo and loads everytime you boot up your computer. So not only do you need a Spyware removal program but you also need a registry cleaner program.

I use mcafee here is why...

I started off without AV protection
around the late 90's - I got a masive worm virus that crashed my hard drive...

Nortons was purchased and had it for 2 years and in that time my hard drive crashed 2 more times... grrrr
So i went without again and was OK for a bit till Spyware took hold.

in the mid 00's I started doing Computer repairs for family and friends. They of whom used Avast and AVG because it was free. I found that the free software did not catch everything. (however I am not sure what improvements have been made on these programs in the last 5-6 yrs).
I was recomending trying Mcafee to my friends and family and everyone who used it loved it. So i got it for my self. Its been 5 yrs and ive only had one problem and thats with "virtumundo aka vundo" which was detected by mcafee but could not be removed.

However Vundo is considered a spyware and not a virus.

If anyone ever runs into this nasty spyware... look for Combofix, it is the only thing that i have seen that can remove this.

5 yrs of service and 1 blemish is and A+ in my book..

if you want to do background music there are some players that require you to actually turn it on thus eliminating the problems with slower comps...

there are many alternatives too such as

live DJ...
Streaming MP3 through Java...
streaming radio stations...

depends on the image you'd like to reflect...

streaming mp3 is the most customizable however finding and external source that will allow you to stream thier music is hard... And hosting your own would decrease your storage per song...

And for Rasenganfan2 I Recomend looking up the group "Crush 40" they are the best song writers for sonic and shadow.

"ALL HAIL SHADOW" is my favorite.

OMG im'a 40 year old geek...lol

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
