Graphics,8:? Not bad for the NES. Good use of a the limited color palette?
of the NES. But I cant say the some as far as the animation goes.
But since its the NES Ill let it pass.


Sound,10: Do I need to say it? Well for those who have only owned
an Atari for the past 25 years. Mega Man 2 has THE greatest NES
sound track hands down! From the mind numbingly awesome
Dr.Wily fortress 2 to from the pumping baseline of the main theme
this game made me care about music in video games.

Addictiveness,8: When I play this game I play it a lot. This mainly
comes from going back to a stage you've already beat with a
new weapon and seeing what you can do with it. Many times
you'll come across a thing you an E-tank or an extra life
you cant reach yet. Well, you get a new weapon or item
and come back.And the best part is that this can be
completely avoided! If you don't wanna go back, don't.
Its up to you.

Difficulty,6: People who wanted to like Mega Man 1 but were
driven away by a large difficulty will be happy to know that
it was dimmed down for the sequel. However, I'll say this
there is at least one thing I cant stand in each stage. From
the bottomless pits in Airman's stage, the spikes in Bubble's
stage, or so help me the death lasers in Quickman"s stage!!!

Overall, 8.9: WHAT ONLY 8.9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????
Yeah I'll be the first to say that Mega Man 2 has issues mainly,
some cheap level design. Like I said before there is something
in each and every stage that I just cant stand. But, this is a very good
game. The standard for music in gaming at the time. I can recommend this to any fan of platformers.

ZrockQuake's Super Metroid Review

Graphics: 10
                 
The graphics are great for SNES. Great colors to fit every atmosphere.
 Great looking backgrounds. Helps the atmosphere a lot.

 Sound: 8

The sound/music are great but I feel compared to the music/sound abilities of
the SNES and some of the pieces on it Super Metroid is a little bit disappointing.
But on to the positives! After all I gave it an 8 which is good.
The music helps the atmosphere of the game a lot. If the games tropical,
tropical music and sounds. If the games eerie, music and sound. The
boss theme I feel are the best.

 Addictiveness: 10

   CAN'T. STOP. PLAYING!

 Super Metroid  will keep you busy! If it isn't the awesome game play
Its the amount of things you can do! But that's for the next thing.

   Depth: 10

Seriously? Its the thing Metroid's famous for!

Here are some numbers: 230 Missiles, 50 Super Missiles,
 and 50 Power Bombs. All collected in packs of 5 so if I crunch some numbers...
that's 46 missile packs,
50 Super Missiles and Power Bombs, and 14 Energy tanks add it all
together 80 UPGRADES TO COLLECT! And that not including items!
Here are just a few: Bombs, 2 Suits, Spazzer, Grapple beam, Wave Beam
, Ice Beam ( my favorite beam weapon), Plasma, and the best item... The
ScrewAttack!

Difficulty: 5

Super Metroid is a relatively easy game to pick up but the
Non-Linearity the series is famous for may turn back some new players
away so you have to be in to this type of game play to get into this.

Overall: 10

All in all, I LOVE this game! A combination of amazing game play,
sound, and graphics make this my favorite SNES classic. Yeah,
Even better than Legend of Zelda Even better than Mario. This is
greatness in the form of gaming.
