Lycan212 : Yay my turn, well for me I enjoyed Super Mario RPG, I loved the mechanics of timing which is obviously what inspired the Paper Mario series, one of my favorite. The Characters were enjoyable and memorable (Wish Geno was in smash LOL, maybe as DLC) the music was always pumping me up and making me want to continue the battles, I didn't mind the encounters, much easier to deal with when I can see the enemies on screen (seriously more RPG's back then needed to do that) all in all a very pleasant experience.

I would rate it an 8/10 Play it now

Now for my choice lets see....waiting...thinking....stalling...earning more vizz...ok I'll stop. How about from the N64 Star Wars Shadows of the Empire.

Awesome-Kid : *cracks knuckles* this old fight huh. For me its the Super Nintendo, now don't get me wrong the Genesis is a classic and I can't deny that but the SNES forfills my needs far better then that, my needs are RPG's I love RPG's and I love the ones on the Super Nintendo, now Phantasy Star I will admit was good but when you compare that to Earthbound or Terranigma yeah kinda hard to compare the two sides. Though I admit their controllers feels slighty better in the hands so there is that at least .

Hmmm what can I fuse with Minecraft?

Minemon, thats sounds better anyway.

thing1 : Me my game system of choice is the Super Nintendo, while I admit to not growing up with one thanks to emulations I was able to play it and enjoy it. I'm a man who loves RPG's and the Super Nintendo was the Resisance of RPG's, giving many creative and memorable RPG's from Earthbound to Final Fantasy, Terranigma, Dragon Quest, and much much more. There is a reason many of the games were ported to the Game Boy Advance and why its still talked around today.

Course if I have to give a close second...PS2...what its considered retro by todays standards, heck 5 years ago is considered old school LOL. I love that one for its RPG's as well, Seeing a pattern, course my RPG's of choices came from the Company Nippin Ichi, Disgaea, Phantom Brave, La Pucell Tactics, Makai Kingdom, all many good RPG's with memorable characters and stories and of course an extremely high level cap of 9999...yeah try maxing out your character in those games, I dare ya.

endings : Elven Bards, not a bad combo if I do say so. I can agree it is kinda nice to be the jack of all trades, being able to be a use in most situations. Lets face it, its akward when you run out of spells or perhaps in a location that takes away magic and all you can do is use a stick to whack people to death, and the inverse of being an average fighter who has to answer a riddle to some higher power and if you guess wrong (or try to attack it) it will zap your nuts off (and yes that has happened to me before....my DM was an jerk)

Boxia : These are my top 10 in no particular order to be honest mostly because to try and make a top 10 list...well it would hurt my brain LOL.

10. Ghost Love Score So epic, so awesome, whenever I game and do something awesome I just have to do the epic maneuver theme in my head every time it happens LOL.

9. Diggy Diggy Hole, The Yogscast are a group that know how to make a good music video, and this one is my favorite, taking what was a joke song and turning it into a Dwarven Mining Song of pure awesome that whenever I play minecraft and are deep in the mines I can't help but go out and sing it

8. Blue, this is a song that whenever I think of the 90's this is the song that comes to mind, primitive CGi lyrics that are easy to remember and a pretty cool band, its a song that makes me go Da ba dee da ba die all day every day.

7. Take on me, speaking of songs that remind me of a decade, this is the song of the 80's, the awesome music video is one I always come back and a song I sing when I'm on the road alone and just wanting to pass the time as I keep moving. I love it and in my eyes I will always see it as the symbol of the 80's

6. Cartoon Heroes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sva1pHOrl30&list=PL8Ql1jO8kiWu4bVndcgoAYn0akmgu8Wsc&index=44 you want a good AMV just add this song to it, just like this as a child of the 90's I grew up seeing many different anime and of course the many anime I see today, I can't help but sometimes close my eyes and play this song in my head and remember the times as a kid sitting back on the couch watching some of these strange animations from another land. Also it was a hell of a song to try and play DDR on.

5.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZIlviCLh3m0&list=PL8Ql1jO8kiWu4bVndcgoAYn0akmgu8Wsc&index=80 Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger's ending theme (don't know the name) Ok long story short Gokaiger is the 35 Sentai out of Japan, Sentai is the original footage used for power Rangers, and Sentai has been around sine 1975. Basically this Ending theme goes through all the previous teams up to the 35th, the Pirate Sentai Team, and it is such a catchy tune, show casing each member in a quick and simple fashion. It certainly makes me want to check out the old Sentai thats for sure.

4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBxCl2TJNnQ&list=PL8Ql1jO8kiWu4bVndcgoAYn0akmgu8Wsc&index=58 The Bards Song (Van Canto cover) As a player of Dnd and a user of the Bard Class, this is the song that speaks to me....its a good song and makes me want to roll some more dice with my friends.

3. One More time, Daft punk knows how to make a good song, and seeing this song in the Music Anime Movie (yes an anime movie using nothing but their songs to tell the story) does nothing more then to set the mood to an awesome adventure so much so I can't help but say "One more time" and replay it

2. Harder Better Faster Stronger, another one by Daft Punk that I love, but not their version https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWjXiXKzvis&list=PL8Ql1jO8kiWu4bVndcgoAYn0akmgu8Wsc&index=64, this version is the one I will always listen to over and over again.

1. I'm the Scatman. I love this song, first time I've heard it I've fallen in love with the Scat Jazz of the Late Scatman John, an awesome beat and awesome lyrics, this is one song that will stick with you all day every day

Ok as a bonus to this I need to add this
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cWUp2MhVvwQ&list=PL8Ql1jO8kiWu4bVndcgoAYn0akmgu8Wsc&index=90

Star Wars Disco...no really, way back when, they made a Disco remix of Star Wars music...no really check it out my treat to ya.

JonXMasterZZMan : I liked Lightspeed rescue, it was pretty cool...though pretty silly, demons vs rescue ops, and SPD was awesome with the whole Cop's thing. Did a much better job with the Doggy Krueger costume, have you seen the Sentei version it was a guy in a fursuit basically (not that I have a problem with that LOL) I thought Ninja storm was alright, though Lothor was a complete joke. Dinothunder was awesome, loved seeing Tommy back in action.

sop281 : I honestly don't remember my first, I remember the first 2 but not which one was first

I recall as a child watching Sailor Moon as a kid, I enjoyed the strange animation and the fact it was a female super hero (my first one I remember seeing) and I loved it, looking back on the dub however woooooooooow, man was the dub pretty bad, not horrible like other stuff many otoku mock and ridicule but still pretty bad,

The Other like many was Pokémon. I recall seeing the first episode was the one where Ash was in the fighting Pokémon tournament and I was hooked, I then was lucky to watch the series in its run when it started over so I didn't have to figure out what was going on, my mom would record the episodes on one VHS so I pretty much had multiple VHS recordings of episodes I would rewatch and I loved it as a kid.

I also recall watching Hamtaro as a kid but I think that was afterwards, but still something I feel I should mention none the less...

JonXMasterZZMan : Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, that series trumps all Power Rangers and Sentai.....

Ok now if you want me to be serious I like RPM the most, because I like the characters, has a great setting with the whole Madmax + Terminator + Power rangers making for  an interesting plot and setting. And I'm impressed they were able to turn a sentai with an odd set up (Animal Racing Theme?) into something so bad ass and awesome.

Second place would be Wildforce for me, love those costumes LOL.

For me when it comes to Christmas, the Christmas specials are what sell me, I love seeing the old and the new stuff, the spins on classic tales, and sometimes even seeing how bad they fall flat on their face (trust me I've seen some terrible specials.) So I was thinking now was the time to talk about the specials and what we like and why we remember them.

For me, The Muppet Family Christmas Special. I remember it because it was the only crossover between the Muppets, Sesame Street and Fraggle Rock, all at the same time. Yeah something you may not know, all three of those licences are separate, meaning another crossover in this day and age will most likely never happen.

Its mostly a special with some comedy all over the place, the Chef trying to cook Big bird, every time new guests are brought into Fozzie  Bear's Grandma's home they are put into some pretty crazy sleeping arrangement (including some sleeping on coat hooks by hanging by them.) To standard Muppets comedy they were known for. Its a special that gives ya the warm fuzzies inside, makes you laugh, and makes you happy to see all these characters interacting in such an interesting way. And I would be remiss to not mention the guest appearance in the end by the late Jim Henson, the genius behind the Muppets. While I've lost the VHS when I was younger, the special can be found on youtube with a simple search, its a special you don't want to miss trust me.

endings : DnD and Pathfinder, I love those games but I also enjoy Star Wars Saga and the Fan made pokemon RPG. I guess I'm just a standard nerd who enjoys rolling the dice and hoping for luck.

BBQ Pringles, oh how I love em, I could eat 3 tubes of those for an entire meal and be happy...although 20 minutes later I will totally regret that. Course I do like the pizza ones as well, I remember the commerical when I first saw that, back when I was 7 and watching pokemon for the first time LOL.

a-sassy-black-lady : Hell yeah I love Christmas, what I love the best are the Christmas special that get me into the mood for the holidays, be it old Christmas Movies, that one episode of a show that does a spin off of a Christmas Carol, or perhaps that Christmas Review of some guy on the internet. So much so I've worked to make a playlist of Christmas special and videos https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8Ql1jO8kiWubrx7C2vHowoR0LaaZK0sY if you wish to check it out, here is the playlist, I do hope you enjoy. And if you have a Christmas Special I should add, give me a buzz I do want to know about more obscure stuff (there is a little thing on the list called the Trolls and the Christmas Express...yeah that Obscure.)

So I've been playing DnD with my friends and I've noticed people tend to sorta go towards certain classes or races, something that seems to define them. So I was wondering ,what is your class and race of choice and why?

For me, I'm the kind of guy who likes to support a team, but I also like to play the face, the leader, the man with the plan, so I tend to veer towards bards, mostly the dashing the swordsman type of bard. Sure I admit I'm a pretty weak mage or swordsman but my knowledge rolls have saved us so many times, including an assassination , my knowledge of nature poisons with a critical success saved the party by allowing me to detect the subtle taste within the wine presented to us by our "friendly" lord. Needless to say it was quite the fight to get out of that castle.

I suppose also when it comes to race's for me, I like to go a bit unorthodox for Pathfinder I enjoy playing cat folk, the stats work well for a bard, and that ability to roll twice for a reflex save had saved my tail (literally at one point) many times. Once my character got fleas, got a minus 2 on all rolls (minus knowledge) thanks to that and we had to spend an entire session finding a store with a formula to douse my fur in...needless to say it was quite a laugh to strip me naked and dump me into a barrel and wash me LOL

So got any stories to tell when it comes to DnD, why you like certain classes or races
