I for one blame the video game industry.  Without games that teach children how to operate construction equipment this never would have happened.  All kidding aside where were his parents in all of this?  I'm sure this will result in a lawsuit being filed for negligence on the company that left the equipment and keys attainable by a child.  On another note the kid will probably get counseling, but nothing on his record and he will have a super B.A. story to tell the ladies when he is older.

Nothing too fancy tonight.  The wife was a busy bee while I was at work today though and she has corned beef and cabbage cooking in the crock pot right now.  After I got home from work I had sweet and sour chicken with peppers and pineapple served over rice.  The whole house has filled with the smell of the crock pot meal and I can't wait to get my hands on the biggest plate tomorrow.  This will be kind of a late saint patties day celebration.  As much as we've made I don't think it will last out of tomorrow's meals.

This is an easy one, if I had a nickel for every time someone cut my Buick Century off I'd be counting out the stacks after every trip I took.  It seems even if you're going above the speed limit if the car your in is perceived to be a slow car as a general rule people will go to great lengths to cut you off.

This is pretty much the only website that I visit on a daily basis.  I probably spend more time posting and reading what other users have posted than playing games.  Sometimes that's easier since the little ones cause me to have to leave the computer frequently. 

On the play your own games section I'm having trouble with the piece where you copy a URL for a rom that you want to play.  Do you have to have the roms downloaded to your computer before you can play them?

That was tougher than I thought it would be.  I listen to all kinds of music, and I try to make sure my kids are exposed to a lot of different music so they can have a wide variety as well.  The only music that I can't really get into is the really extreme stuff.  Also if the songs center around too much violence or the song is loaded with cursing it's not my thing.

I am guilty of adding vibrant color to said colouring book arrest me if you will.

As a previous poster had mentioned you could talk to your mother and see if she will set some hard boundaries with him, or if she is insistent on trying to make things work then perhaps they could see a counselor to help them figure things out.  I know how this situation feels because when I was growing up I was in a similar situation.  The hardest part to come to grips with is the fact that it's your mother's decision if she is going to try to stay in an abusive relationship.  The outside influences won't change the way she interprets the situation for example you could call the cops and the come and take your stepfather away for a short period of time, and if your mother is not ready to step away from the situation she will most likely make an excuse for the behavior just to keep things from changing.  I truly wish you and your family well and hope that things turn out alright.  For you I would wish that you just do what I did and learn from the situation to become a better man through knowing how not to act.  My children won't fear me nor will my wife, and they will know that the sacrifices I've made are because I want them to be happy. 

The last thing I ate was steak and French fries.  The steak was cooked medium more on the rare side and the French fries were homemade with real potatoes that I sliced, fried and seasoned and yes I am quite proud of myself if you couldn't tell.  Family ate well and right now we are just kind of loungin about on full stomachs.

That's an easy one.  I'd rather not shower for 2 weeks.  Either way you are going to smell bad, but at least you won't catch a cavity through not brushing.  Besides there's always Cologne.

Granted, but as soon as you attain mastery  of the spinning back kick you realize that everyone you would need to use such a kick on is packing a fire arm rendering the move nearly useless.

I wish that there was no more use for money and everyone returned to a simple life where they reaped what they sewed.

I would definitely rather watch movies at home.  If I had someone to watch the kids then I could watch all my favorite movies again.  The way it is right now I have to try to sneak in my horror movies (favorite genre).  Going to the movies would be better if we weren't in the smart phone age.  I almost always end up sitting near someone whose phone is going off every 5 minutes, or they are trying to have a conversation while your watching the movie.  When you're watching movies at home you have the snacks and the bathroom available at all times and you can pause the movie if something comes up.  There is also the financial aspect of going to watch the movie aside from having to make room in your schedule to go see it you can expect to drop about 50 bucks for you and your date.  I haven't brought the whole family to a movie yet, so I am going off what it would cost for me and the wife if I were to factor in the kids I'm sure that would be 100 dollars or more.  There has also been huge advances in home viewing technology.  Not sure what the latest 3D TV has for specifics, but I'm sure if you've got surround sound hooked up with some comfortable seating it's about as good as any theater you'll find.

Wow that was super nice!  It's one of the reasons that this site is so cool those that have been on the site sometime have no problem answering new user's questions or like in this case helping them to reach the almighty PlayStation item status.  I'm excited to get there myself at some point.  I'm not in too much of a rush though as my time to actually play any of the games is pretty much non existent.  Right now I've got 2 little ones running around and working 10-12 hours a day 6 days a week.  I still take a peak through all the RPGs available for the PlayStation.  There's so many that I remember from when I was younger that I had actually forgotten about some of them.  Tales of Phantasia is definitely one of the games I'll be checking out too eventually.

Lycan212 : I agree.  This site has a lot of great games besides just the Nintendo franchises.  It's hard for me to feel the real repercussions of the removal of these games since I'm not really a Pokémon fan and I've played the Mario games that I like half to death when they came out.  Hopefully Nintendo just sticks to what they wanted removed for their own company and doesn't try to whistle blow for the other gaming platforms on the site.  Either way I'll be a fan, this site has given me the chance to relive some of my most beloved memories as a youth.  Playing some of your favorite games from your past is kind of like a smell that brings you back to a time and place.  These are just games on a website, but they can mean different things to different people, and I appreciate that the time and effort was taken to put a site like this together.

This reminds me of when they cut support on the original wii to hustle people along into buying the wii u.  I don't understand why Nintendo feels the need to be so closed off.  I'll still be visiting the site daily and like the man said there are still over 42k games.  It shouldn't be too hard to find some different games to play.

My wife and I have always loved having rabbits as pets.  It is true that they all have their own personality and some of them are docile while others can be quite aggressive.  We had a Flemish giant that was 10 lbs.  There were at least 2 occasions that I can recall off the top of my head where she attacked a cat that was stalking her and sent the cat packing.  I'm convinced that she though she was a dog.  She would come when I called her name and when my cousin came over to hang out she wouldn't let him pass her in the hallway of our house.  It was the funniest thing hearing him call out.  "Can you please come get your rabbit it looks like it's going to attack me?"

I'm posting on the site while watching the kiddies.  My son is singing the paw patrol theme song and dancing around while my wife is in the kitchen making Mexican lasagna (a personal favorite of mine).  I work 2nd shift so the family has adapted to the schedule that I work so that we can all spend time together. 

I used to eat nuts everyday for a snack before my lunch at work, but now I stick to mostly peanut butter.  My mother in law swears that eating peanut butter is worse for you than smoking cigarettes and I've looked up all the bad stuff associated with them it does seem she's right about them not being a health food by any means. 

Lately I've been killing the almonds.  I feel cheated by hersheys with almonds considering they are always making the chocolate bars smaller and thinner.  So I've started to buy my own chocolate and almonds in bulk.  I make my own almond bark and it's super good.  Problem is every time I make it the batch doesn't last for more than a day. 

I'd have to say the only nuts I don't care for are the Brazil nuts.  That's not to say the Brazil nuts aren't delicious it's just that you can catch a hand cramp trying to crack them open.  As a rule of thumb though if I'm going to eat plain nuts then I like to have them fresh out of the shell, something about having to work at it to get to them makes them taste that much better.

Nicely done!  The story does a great job at illustrating the human condition of always wanting what we can't have.  Often times once we have it, it's no longer something we'd consider special.  Thanks for sharing.
