I'm 5'5 and about 200 myself and 1 thing I did that cut about 15 pounds in a couple of weeks while walking to different places was to cut out soda. But at 5'7 and 145 that's pretty good. I wouldn't worry too much about Ur weight it seems like you are doing great where Ur at and its not healthy to starve Ur self

Hey everybody I'm looking for people to do Live Streams with starting mid week at the earliest on maybe like a weekly basis or if you just want to do a few streams that's cool to. I am not going to names what games I play since I basically play every type and almost every game I have come across so if your interested then we will figure out a game. Also I am looking for someone that can be a dedicated Mod for me it would really help and if streaming as well ill mod for you and we can set it up that way we are not streaming at the same time yall know what I mean. vizzy900 : Some of my favorite times of Mario Kart has to be the classic SNES version. That was my childhood. When I got older and played it against people that never played that's version before I would race them as bowser and let them have whoever and when we got to a ghost level or rainbow road especially rainbow road lol but knocking them off on a turn cause I could catch up on turns since they weren't as good and watch them rage a bit lol.... Ahh great times I loved it =)
