Davideo7 : I have a couple questions about the migration that I think are worth answering before the switch is made:

Will the commands within the command blocks we've set migrate over? I know the blocks will, but if we're migrating between versions, will the commands themselves migrate?

Plots weren't the only thing plugins helped us with - how practical are other anti-cheat plugins? Worst case scenario would be to migrate over, only to find that it's easily exploitable, and have to go back down or dedicate a lot of time to initial adjustments.

Additionally, how would Admins work? Would the existing mods be back on duty (since we've been on hiatus while the server is inaccessible), or will you select a new team? How much will Admins be able to do, compared to the current server?

Overall, I think it'd be great for activity. I just want to ensure the migration is set up for success!

zanthehero : Deadpool! I love Spiderman, and the newest movie especially is fantastic, but I love the creativity within Deadpool. To speak to the movie version specifically, Ryan Reynolds' genuine love for the role is really why I first started to look into the character as a whole.

Newer games, or older games?

I've only ever used NVIDIA cards, so I'm a bit biased. That said, from what I've heard, NVIDIA cards are generally higher quality overall. AMD has been making some great improvements recently, though, so I don't think you'll be complaining either way (if you're getting a more recent model).

You should definitely avoid switching from one type of graphics card to another, though. If your current one is AMD, for example, then you'll need to stick with AMD. Motherboards are built for one or the other, generally.

I'd use https://pcpartpicker.com/ to ensure that everything within your build is compatible. I used it when building my current PC, and use it to ensure that parts I upgrade are compatible.

You're posting here because you want confidence in the future. You are the confidence you need. Look at yourself in the mirror and know that you are valuable, even if no one seems to acknowledge it. We are built around the idea of community. You need someone offline to talk to, to laugh with and cry with, to pour yourself out to. Find someone, anyone, willing to sit and talk. I promise, there's someone out there. If nothing else, local pastors or priests are generally willing to talk to anyone about irl issues. It's the act of saying it out loud that will help you diffuse your anxiety, and then your mind will be more clear and you can look for action steps to move forward.

Ah, that's unfortunate! League doesn't allow for cross-region play! Hopefully you'll find someone else on EUW who can play with you!

I play League of Legends pretty consistently, and I'd be happy to play a few games with you! Which server are you on? I play on NA, so we wouldn't be able to play cross-region if you're not in NA.

I've read the script for season 8, so let me know if you have specific questions. I'd hate to spoil it and ruin your excitement, though.

ScarTheScarab : You're confusing. You literally broke multiple rules (don't get me started, I'm not interested in embarrassing you), complained when you got banned (despite admitting to breaking the rules), and are now saying that there are "convoluted" and "secretive" reasons for things you can't start to understand. Come back when you've got basis for your arguments, bud.

DragonSlayer22 : Unfortunately, the map and claims are all third-party plugins. That means that, while we have some control, we can't manage every bug that it's got without recoding portions of each plugin (and I don't have the knowledge to do that currently). That said, Creative definitely needs to reopen soon. I'm working on that later today, actually, when I get off work.

Kanto is a huge project that is down to just David developing it, hence why it's been delayed. With working full time and running the site, Kanto doesn't see much of his attention. The arena sees even less, as that's his brainchild and he wants to work on it himself (which is why another admin hasn't taken over).

Good, big things are coming in the next couple months. I'm excited!
