I love the Tales series. I've played all the ones out in English plus Tales of Tempest with a translation guide. I've also played all the older Naikiri Dungeon ones too. I suppose my favorite of the series would have to be Tales of Eternia(Tales of Destiny II is it's American name which is stupid considering there is a Tales of Destiny II and it's the sequel to the first game on the PS1. Confusing much eh?)or Tales of Vesperia. Both games have some of my favorite characters including main character wise Reid and Yuri.

I'm probably going to get a PS3 to get it's own version of Tales of Vesperia since it's going to be a better version with more characters, scenes, etc.

The last anime I watched was Slayers NEXT. It's the second season to the Slayers series. I actually own the second and third season of Slayers, plus the OVAs and all the movies. I just need the first and fourth season. I'm not sure if there's a fifth one yet or if it's still in the works. Because I know there's Slayers Revolution and Evolution-R so I don't know if their two different anime, the same with a different name or if the one isn't finished yet.

Slayers is basically about the adventures of Lina Inverse Sorceress extraordinaire! She's not your typical hero, in fact you could probably call her a villain at times or an anti-hero. She steals from the rich and gives to herself! Well when she has the chance. She's also known as the Dragon Spooker, Dragon Killer, Bandit Killer and any other name that ends with something frightening or 'kill' in it. She's already built a good reputation and being unique, violent and possibly crazy and greedy. And believe me she is greedy, but she has a good heart. She's a really powerful Sorceress. Her signature move is the Dragon Slave which can take out a whole city, and she usually ends up destroying things at the end or during every episode. She also has other spells like the Giga Slave(the most powerful move in the world and most dangerous) and the giga slave. She also has regular spells like Fireball and other ones. She's joined by the mercenary Gourry who is her partner in crime of sorta and her personal punching bag, the Justice Loving Super-Hero-esque Princess who uses white magic, Zelgadis a Chimera who was once a human but used as a test subject by someone he trusted. He knows a variety of magic as well, and the last members of their group differ for each season. There's Syphiel whose a powerful healer but sucks at black magic, Martina whose a princess who worships a made up monster she created and has it in for Lina(though in the end they become friends), Fillia who is a golden dragon who can take on a dragon form or a human form and of course my personal favorite and constant annoyance that has always been in the series since the second season Xellos the monster who has a human appearance and comes off as someone who is always smiling and not dangerous at all. Until you find out he was the one who basically single handly destroyed all the dragons in the war 1000 years ago and he has tremendous strength. So yup. Slayers. It's awesome go check it out. Each season has a main crisis they try to solve/save the world from.

Disney, Nick, etc. Lately it's all these teenage little soap operas that aren't even dramatic or anything. There's only like one or two things on that I actually watch anymore. Though I gotta give props to Toon Disney or whatever that other Disney channel is for re-playing XMenEvolution.

Not to mention a lot of parents complain about the older shows. I mean heaven forbid if there's slight violence in anything these days. BRING BACK THE ANIMANIACS. That was fun for the whole family no? And Tiny Toons and the older anime and the anime which was sort of old but not quite as old.

I miss Toonami a lot and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I remember on tv they used to show not just newer stuff but a lot of the old, older and really old stuff.

Haha is it funny the only thing I don't actually find like it's trying to push stupid shows is the Noggin channel? For those that don't know that channel is aimed for younger kids and babies. My nephews and I watch that together, mainly my youngest nephew of one years old. He loves Lazytown, Oswald, Oliva, etc. And those shows are fine if you ask me.

Did anyone hear how they tried to make the Cookie Monster eat only vegetables?

Also on Nick there are shows that I like reality show wise. I like George Lopez, The Nanny etc. But that's on Nick at Night though isn't it?
Oh and does Pucca even still play anymore on Toon Disney? I do sort of like that one show I think it's called Jimmy Two Shoes? That's interesting enough for me, my little nephew loves that show. It's not the best but it's better then some of the other shows out there right now.

Don't get me started on the Secret Saturday's. That show had potential to be good, but I don't know they just don't write it well enough to me. It'll never be as good as one of my favorite cartoons Danny Phantom.

Houshin Engi is a great manga. It's action, comedy and drama all in one. With maybe some fantasy mixed in? It's a pretty long manga and it's better then it's anime counterpart(which went into a completely different direction then the manga, but I still like the anime but the manga is the superior one of the two).

Detective Conan/Case Closed is also a great manga. I mean I like a lot of manga but those are the two I can think of off the top of my head right now. Oh and anything made by CLAMP. I'm into Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles and xxxHolic now. I like Holic over Tsubasa though.

The basic plot of Houshin Engi...Well that's difficult to put in words. It's pretty epic, or at least I believe so. Basically you have your typical youkai/demons and immortals. However later on you find out that maybe the immortals aren't all that immortal. All powers and magic and the like are basically weapons known as Paopei. Hoshin Engi was inspired by an ancient Chinese novel Fengshen Yanyi. Basically the incompetent(or is he?)immortal apprentice to the great Sage Gens***enshin is sent down to the mortal war to defeat the evil So Dakki. Dakki has corrupted the Dynasty and it's emperor as she's his new Queen. (Though his wife is the empress so another way to describe Dakki would be concubine but she's manipulated the emperor's mind to the point where he's appointed her to the position of queen, but not empress.)

Dakki is actually a demon, and while her and her demon sisters enjoy life in the palace everyone else is suffering. In fact Dakki loves to make them suffer more so she's actually made sure everyone else is suffering. She conducts plans to assasinate those in her way and make it so she's always going to be cozy. She has lots of allies and spies who are demons like in their army and what not.

Taikoubou, whose over fifty despite his young appearance(remember immortal), comes off as a stupid, selfish, ignorant idiot. Okay those are pretty much all the same thing but you get the idea right? In fact he's quite the opposite. He could have probably gotten a really high rank(even though just being Gens***enshin's apprentice gives him a high rank already)if he wasn't so lazy. Taikoubou is what you'd call a general, he's rather intelligent despite he rarely acts it. He's also self-sacrificing, another thing you'd never guess unless you were one of his friends.

So Taikoubou has to stop Dakki and save the human world, as he too once suffered because of this demonic vixen over fifty years ago when his human village and family was destroyed. So along the way he'll make allies and rally a army against the enemy. The cast is actually rather large and I don't know how you could not have at least one favorite character.

Another thing is Dakki is probably my most favorite villain of well anything. So you see it's a great story.

Lol I only know of this place through youtube. I was just looking around to see if there was a translated FF3 rom for NES. Then I ended up looking at that one game that is basically FF7 remade on the NES.
I wanted to download but I had to register so I did. But this seems like a cool place, I'll have to look around at everything.

Also for some reason it kept flagging me. My birthday is on the 28th so I'm still 19 not 20. But it kept saying it was the wrong age. So I just put 20 and it ended up working fine. What's up with that?

Anyways I'm just your typical video game fan I guess. I love anime, manga and video games. I also like reading non anime or manga related things(and of course the things based off of them like novels and what not. I still need to finish reading Brave Story the novelization). I also like art and music but I'm not that great at either of them. I basically draw as you can guess anime related things and they suck. I'm a bit better at making computer graphics like avatars and signatures but I'm still not the greatest person in the world. Just average in my opinion. I still like to draw and stuff even if it's not all that great. I also like to write too. Speaking of literature Sherlock Holmes is awesome 8D

I also like older movies and tv series or anything older really. That doesn't mean I don't like newer things too lol. I still watch cartoons and anime like Pokemon and Digimon but I don't care what anyone thinks or says about me. Yugioh is sort of like my guilty pleasure anime and game wise except I'm not guilty I'm proud of my nerdy-ness.

I don't get out much as I'm always here at home taking care of my bed ridden grandmother. She raised me, along with my aunts and uncles.
I have a lot of family problems too which stresses me out, luckily I have video games. I also have to help take care of my two nephews whenever they of course spend the night here. My oldest nephew is six and his younger brother is one. I love them very much and if anyone messed with them I'd mess that person up. I also have a new little niece(well she's technically my cousin. Her mom is my cousin Judy who is like a sister to me and she even calls my mom her mom. Her mom is a very bad person. And Judy adopted the little baby because her sister isn't well enough to take care of anymore children nor did she want anymore so yeah).whose only about a month or two yeard old. They don't live in the same state as me though so I only get to talk to the little baby on the phone D:

Anyways I love video games, more then anime and manga. I've played video games ever since I could remember, I've even played an Atari once(Mom and dad had a lot of the older consoles). I remember my brothers and sisters and I would always fight over who got to play it.
My favorite genre of games are RPG. But I'll like any game with a good story. The only type of games I don't like or that I play least are sports games, or specifically football games. I've been known to play other sport games so it has to be football that I don't really like. I personally like the older sport games like on NES anyways.

I also like fighting games but I haven't been able to get many newer ones as I don't get out much. The newest one I have is Arcana Heart. I do want Blazblue though. My favorite fighting game would have to be Evil Zone then followed by Arcana Heart.

Zelda is more of an adventure type of game isn't it? There's always a debate on whether it's an RPG or not but to me it has RPG elements. I've played lots of different games and lots of different series but not everything. So I'm not like an elitist or anything or whatever you call them.
