My last name is Baum. i used to get a lot of crap from people calling me Bomb. but now that I told them what my name means (Tree in German) they all call me Tree now and eventually they started calling me Tree frog (I've no idea where the frog came from)

For me, any turn-based game is an RPG but if KH is RPG then there's no contest to who I pick. But I really can't think of Zelda as RPG, except maybe Link's Adventure.

Probably the most memorable memory, I have had with video games was when I was 4 my sister got a Gameboy Color for her 9th birthday with Pokemon Red version. I was amazed. I had no idea anything like this ever existed! i played constantly but I kept having to ask my mom "What does this say?, What does this say?, What does this say?" over and over and over again till finally she said I had to learn to read before I could play anymore. I learned to read in less than 2 days to play video games.

The reason for that was that since it was for the Wii and you used the Wii-mote to play, it involved using your hands. Link is Left-handed but most of the general public is not so the developers decided to change the hand just to makke it less confusing for the player.

ahhhh... How I came to be a video game addict, let me count the ways. one, I learned to read so i could play video games more often. Two, I wouldn't go to church Unless I could play my video game the entire time. Three, When my dog died I played video games virtually (pun) non stop to calm me down. Four, I would play video games in my guest bedroom closet for eight hours if I was banned from it for three days. Five, I cried more when my memory card died then when my aunt, my dog, and my two hermit crabs died... combined. Six, Pwn is the most frequently used word in my vocabulary. Seven, I actually have an N-Gage... and I still play it. I would go on but My 10 minute break to prevent sizures is over, back to Hyrule!

Depends on how you look at each franchise, Mario is certainly hands down the most succesful video game franchise, but If ou look at Pokemon, you see that there are multiple great games, but those games spawned an anime. Then the anime spawned a TCG, various movies (and don't say that Mario had a movie as well... That never happened...), and graphic novels, and childrens chapter books, and various plush toys and other games that span every catagory, and I could go on forever on how much junk Pokemon has spit out. All in all, Pokemon is the most succesful franchise but not neccesarily the best franchise. and even the best franchise is based solely on opinions of the users. money can be counted, the joy collected from thousands of hours spend playing the game you've loved most of your life, cannot be measured in any scale.
