Honestly it's not too uncommon if I just outright skip sleeping for a night. Other times I'll get woken up by something an hour in sleeping and not be able to go back to sleep because I'm paranoid or something. My brother is even worse somehow, sometimes he won't sleep for about 4 days just because he isn't able to get to sleep.
I kinda got used to not really functioning how I should, i know it's unhealthy and all but getting to sleep is probably harder than it should be so i've just adjusted to no sleep lol. don't yell at me

With starting a new job, and getting up about 40 minute to an hour before I have to be at work (just so I am awake, and so on). I try to get at least 5 to 6 hours, but I can function decently on 3. I think anywhere from 5 to 8, I feel pretty damn good. My sleep schedule is all messed up now, because after work I come home and take a nap for 2 to 3 hours, and then wake up, and don't go to bed until 9:30/10PM. Eventually I will get around to getting my sleep schedule back to somewhat normal.
