Lately I haven't slept very well, but I just try and sleep, often times I just lay there and stare at the ceiling. I usually have a podcast playing so I just listen to that and hope I can get to sleep or at least try and get some sleep. The crappy thing is my sleep schedule has been messed up because I work early mornings, normally 4:45AM start time, but lately it's been 2AM, 2:30AM, etc.

When I can't sleep I watch YouTube on my phone. It really helps me to get tired. I've recently started working full night which means I'll go to sleep at 6.30 am and I've never struggled to sleep before but I really do now so YouTube has been a big help for me.
