The last thing I brought in person was well charging the gas for the house. Like really going up to a local shop and put in 20 pounds on the gas card and leaving for home. Now I know I would had never been allowed to do this in the past. But then again anything can happen and change at any time. But did feel a sense of happiness when I went to go and do that job.

The last thing that I bought in person was a DVD when I was at Walmart today along with a couple other things. Early in the morning I went with a few people that I live with to Walmart over in the next "town/city" over, and spent about an hour there buying all sorts of things. The movie that I bought was Jack reacher, I have always been a pretty big fan of the book and always wanted to see the movie and now was my chance because I found the movie in a bin of movies that all costed only $3.74 so I bought that as well as a few cans of Kickstart and a few big bags of chips.

The last item I purchased was an X-ACTO Mighty Mite electric pencil sharpener. I was in need of an electric pencil sharpener because sharpening a pencil manually can be irksome at times. Unfortunately for me, the electric pencil sharpener I bought doesn't work at all, so it will have to be returned sometime this week.


Along with the pencil sharpener, I also bought a planner journal to manage my time and keep track of due dates for homework assignments better...at least I don't have to return it...

   I walk to the groceries store down the street from my house every day or every other day usually. Yesterday I went to the grocery store to buy dinner for myself and for my mother.

   For myself I bought a couple nice pieces of white meat chicken breast (which I never ended up cooking and have to cook tonight) and a large box of minute rice, the white kind. I also bought the ingredients for the sauce that I make with my General Tao chicken.

I ended up using the last of the money on my gift card, so I'll most likely resort to buying the rest of the series through Amazon. The prices are better and it is more convenient. I may swing by the book story every now and then since it is right next door to where I work, but I don't think I'll do anything more than browse since the price for a single book is outrageously overpriced.

  Come to think of it, I actually did make a purchase last evening. I used cash. Just a twenty dollar bill covered the balance. I was desiring entry to a dance hall where swing lessons were offered before a wonderful evening of free range dancing with various partners.

 I forked over my double sawbuck and I was permitted ten plus two dollars change. Then the old fart waved me through.

 It was tough to try my feet at swing dancing after so long a while away but I began to enjoy it after the  " free range "  segment kicked off. Loads of partners had helpful advice to get me going. I had kind compliments to give in return about their dancing and various qualities that I picked up from chatting with them as we moved. It was a pretty fine night. The weather may have turned to rain and bombed down quite heavily on the drive home, of course.
