So, I just read a pretty exciting article that states Humble Bundle will be starting a monthly subscription program. If you don't know what humble bundle is, it is a website that offers many games for a very affordable price. When you buy a game or bundle, you give a percentage to a select charity. I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't already, they have new bundles every other week and sometimes you'll find real gems for almost 5-15% of the price.

As for the service, Humble Bundle wants to offer its patrons the option to purchase a recurring 12$ subscription fee. Once paid, you will get the games sent directly to you whenever they announce them.

"So while the typical Humble Bundle is a fantastic way to get games you may have missed when they first came out, the Humble Monthly is a highly curated collection of our favorite games, new and classic, sent to you directly every month." - Robert Bowling of Humble Bundle.

So this could be awesome. If they include games that they include in the bundles, 12 dollars could get you over 100$'s of dollars of video games every month! The icing on the cake is that 5% is donated directly to charity. The article goes on to state that the first batch of video games will be redeemable on steam, but they also plan to release games that are DRM free.

So Vizzed, what do you guys think about this? Are you excited, do you plan on trying it out, or are you passing on this one? My personal opinion is that I am definitely jumping on board. I've always been a big fan of saving money, as most people, and Humble Bundle delivers. The games will hopefully be just as good as what you see in the bundles today, and I know that I'm also helping those in need. I actually prefer the Steam DRM, so it's not a turn off for me that they will be shipping the first batch as Steam redeemable games. I don't know, I'm just excited! I'm curious to see what you all think about this though!

So it's like what Lootcrate and other boxes do, so that's pretty cool, but would there be any discounts? If the price I pay for the month turns out to be the same as buying the bundle 4 times, then I would probably rather just buy the bundle every time it's released instead of subscribe.
