YAAAY! It's July 1st, and that means it's Canada Day !!!

Happy Canada Day, everyone! I was just reminded of this when I noticed that my grandma had spread out napkins with the Canadian flag on them when she was setting the table for lunch x3!!!

It feels so good to be in Canada in time for this, haha! That doesn't mean that those who aren't here can't celebrate, though! I hope you all have a wonderful, maple syrup-filled day! And don't forget to be polite even while partying, eh?

I'm soo excited !!! Hopefully, it won't rain tonight. That way we can drive to a clear spot and see the fireworks x3!

As a proud Canadian, I want to give a big ol' shout out to all fellow Canadians out there.

Although I was born in Canada, "national" celebrations don't mean much to me anymore. Countries are simply an arbitrary set of borders...

Firstly happy Canada day. I'm not sure what the significance is to be totally honest. I'll probably go look it up to see if there's anything more to it than just a day

Secondly I'm pretty sure there's a day for everything, I mean pretty much every day of the year is associated with something now, Whether that be a country, a group of people, a important historical event, or even just some pretty stupid ones that I can think of, that I won't say here as they're not PG. 

Thirdly.. When is Vizzed Day... Might as well make that a annual celebration now that there's a day for everything. I'm pretty sure we have the numbers to make a moderately successful celebration (Yes i'm aware of end of year awards but perhaps just a generic vizzed day would be cool)
