Well, I remember that on February 1st, just one day after the Winter 2015 Tour de Vizzed, everyone started posting in the Crazy House forums. But then, during the next few days, the site was so boring. We really didn't talk; it was mostly just post Super Bowl talk and other random topics. I feel that we already have enough people posting and maybe we don't need a Tour de Vizzed.

Gingercream1 : Don't be afraid to voice your opinion. I think that sometimes, the TdV does ruin some parts of Vizzed.

I have faced post-TdV crashes before, especially the TdV I won, I was even suprised that I have made the qouta for that following month, well, that and Febuary was a short month, so, that could also play a factor.

Yeah its quite noticeable if you look at straight on detail. It does seem like less people post on the following month after TDV month. From the numbers you show it is quite obvious that its a straight on crash xP .. It does give people a time to relax. I'm very interested to see how many notifications I get on next tdv sense I am a new mod. As a trusted member in tdv month I had very few notifications but I could see I had more than the month before.

I honestly feel like I enjoy posting so much more when tDV isn't going on. Seems like there are much more meaningful conversations going on, rather than people just posting like crazy just for the sake of trying to win a jersey for a day/month or whatever.

It's kinda like sleeping after working 20 hours... it actually nice. Not that I want things to be dead, but it's a nice break not to have as many reports.

I think this is the first time I've been a part of the crash though, usually I don't really care about TDV, but this time, I actually tried (and I got 5th place one day!), so I took don't have as much motivation to post right now.

Jordanv78 : True. The only thing that bothers me during TdV is the sheer volume of reviews we get. It's hard to follow twenty reviews a day. Otherwise I'm fine with it happening once every three months, though as I said, I seem to post more often when TdV isn't active.

It's finally some downtime for the Mods since everyone is too exhausted to cause any trouble. lol Still, I would like to see more activity -- meaningful activity-- following the Tdv than we do...well after a few days anyway. Still all in all I'm not opposed to the TdV. It has fun aspects to it, and a lot of good users really get a kick out of competing in it.
