What S|E is gonna probably do is make a ton of FF7 spin-offs, giving people false hope and then probably will never remake it.
The thing is, the game has been out for roughly 13 years. Square Enix only made one sequel/follow-up for a previous FF title which was X, and X-2 was kind of disastrous. FF: Crisis Core was pretty good, but the original adventure is what people are looking for. I personally think that Squenix is capable of a way better plot than FF7. XIII will hopefully have a good story.

Well it's been 10 days and DragonShiryu2 hasn't come back in here to explain so I can only assume this is yet another FF7 fanboi spamfest.
FF7 will not be remade in full PS3 graphics. It is not special. You got it re-released on the PSN and 2 (?) crappy spin offs, now let it die already.
