Seeing as the human body NEEDS food, I probably won't last long. I eat a lot of food almost every day of my life. When I'm bored, I eat. And I'm bored a LOT. I would probably be dead already before a full week.

An entire week you say? Well... Better kiss my life goodbye. First thing that would happen is I'd probably slowly start going insane seeing my self just getting skinnier as the days pass by, then I'd most likely start to eat anything random (paper, leaves from trees, etc.) And afterwards I'd most likely get sent to an insane asylum where I stay and die without anything to eat...... But myself. (Ooh spooky)

ANGRY VIDEO GAME NERD: NOT ALLOW TO EAT THAT THE WORST  by not allow to eat do you mean not allow to eat food but still drink water or not allow to eat and drink both so I think you are talking that you mean not allow to eat  but you can still drink water, what I do? Well I... If you are a healthy individual you won't die just yet for fasting for a month so long as you have water. You will be emaciated and body organs will probably start shutting down. The claw of hunger may be non existent at this point. Needless to say, this means most people can go a week of starvation and live if they have access to fresh water. 

As for me, if I don't eat for a week, I will probably just daily fight off the munchy feeling and just conserve energy and play video games of do other couch potato stuff. If I don't have water for a week then I will likely die.

 I think of St. Francis, who fasted quite regularly.  My favorite story of his was at a time all of the brother's of his order were trying to outdo one another by fasting, and St. Francis was in the midst of his own fast.  One of the brothers got ill and really needed to eat.  Francis went to him and tried to get him to eat, but the brother refused, trying to continue to fast.  Francis, knowing the brother's life was in danger got a bowl of soup, sat down, and ate himself.  He said he would rather break his own fast than see his brother die.  The other brother realized how important it was to eat and how trying to "outdo" the other monks was just prideful, so he joined Francis in finishing the bowl of soup.

Anyhoo, just a random thought!

If you ain't allowed to eat for a week, they your body will be a lot weaker than before, sure, you'll lose weight, but it's got a whole lot more negitive effects than postive effects. Your body needs food to survive.
I rememeber one time where I dis'n eat for 48 hours and it does weaken tour body even after a couple of days

Body-wise (other than strength) I'm a normal teenager, so I'm often going through growth spurts, I get hungry easily, and most of the time I want to eat a lot of food. Going without having food at all for a week might not be possible for me, especially since I'm so skinny for my age. I think I'd really have trouble after a day or two. I'd try to drink so much water and (like Barathemos said) some drinks that have a lot of nutrients such as V8. I would also exercise a little bit. (I think exercising a lot on an empty stomach would make things worse so I'd only do it a little bit)

Well, I am a fat man, I cant go an hour without eating so id probably die of lack of constant flow of food into my mouth...

well, in reality, i would probably go insane from actual hunger and lose weight, i would become very hostile to everything i cannot eat...,
