I've noticed something odd, if I should call it this way. In the main page of a game, each review has the word count shown, while the game guides don't. If a review has more words, you can expect more details and information about it, so it has the potential to receive more views. It's true that sometimes size doesn't mean quality, but even then, I think that the game guides should also need the word count to be shown. True is that game guides cover a much wider area than reviews, and it's hard that two people will write a game guide about the same. Knowing how many words a game guide has and what it revolves about can sometimes prevent other users to submit a game guide about the same subject, but also can give users who are searching for help or information within the guide a glimpse of what they are going to unleash and how much detailed it can be.
I'm not sure if this will be added, but I had to try it. In my role of game guide writer, if I see a game with a guide of over 10k words, I don't even bother to open it, it will hardly miss anything, and I can look for another game almost instantly. Anyway, waiting for more opinions about this subject.
