I'm just afraid of being laughed at to be honest. I'm one of the people that has problems with meeting people in real life (I know it's stupid don't judge me). When I talk to a stranger, most of the time I feel like an outsider, invading their world. Which makes me nervous as to how they're going to react to their intruder. And I just feel awkward walking up to someone and saying "Hi, want to play a match of Pokemon?" It just feels wrong, and I'm worried they're going to make fun of me. Especially if they're talking to someone else/doing something else, I feel weird talking to them. I have NO idea how to fix this, and if anyone knows how, please tell me.

I also have a VERY short fuse, and will most likely be the first to attack someone. I'm afraid that I'm going to try to befriend someone, and a fight breaks out and... the rest is fairly easy to figure out.

It's not exactly a fear in the sense of danger, but it's more of a nagging voice in the back of your mind. As soon as a conversation has a pause or hits a dead end on a subject, I get this feeling that I'm killing the conversation. Whenever I talk about myself or my interests, I worry about coming across as selfish. It doesn't prevent me from being in a social situation, I generally don't add anything to conversations and just listen to other people.
