Well this topic isn't pure spam because it's addressing the need to address the spam that is put inside of this forum. And really stuff here DOES have relevance to the topic because it's addressing the topic that was needed to address the spam in the forum. It could potentially be that a certain user or few users are causing that unwanted spam into the forum and thus upsetting the mods causing a certain forum owner to create the thread addressing the need to address the spam that is put inside of this forum.

tl;dr - Spam is spam when spam is spam but spam can't be spam when spam isn't spam.
