It would probably be best to know how serious your stress is. What kind of things have you been going through that's giving you so much stress?

I think being able to release pent up emotions anonymously may be one way to reduce the stress that you're facing. You would always use the forums here on Vizzed to do so. Usually, they're put in the Cafe Corner, but that's only available to users who are 13 years or older. So I suggest putting them in the Your Forum if you ever decide to want to vent.

The good thing about venting online is that (probably) no one knows who you are in real life and it's always available. So if you don't have anyone to talk to in real life, you can always make a thread here on Vizzed and it would (probably) get you some support from some of our members.

If your stress feels like it's crushing you down and simple venting nor helpful distractions do not work, then I recommend that you ask your parents or legal guardians if you could get counseling. It would most likely help if you're suffering from severe stress.

catbert225 : Maybe talking about it could help, or laying down on a comfortable bed for a long period of time. I think laying on a bed could make you
feel calm and maybe you can sort out your fears or stress. At least that is what I think you could do. You could also punch something that is made to be punched, like a punching bag. I'm not sure if the last one would alleviate stress, but it works for some people. You could also combine these activities for a better result, such as laying on a bed and talking about it to someone close. Good luck! I had the same thing awhile back.

I just might have a few tips that would help.

1. Meditation / Relaxation. I don't know much about it, but it basically allows you to clear your mind and free yourself from your current problems. At least for a little bit. Afterward, the effects of your meditation may help you cope with the stressful situations.

I found this, which seems to be a very simple guide to relaxing meditation.

If it's not a family sickness, but just a lot of work, perhaps this second suggestion will help as well.

2. Think about all the things going on around you. How many of those things will you care about in 3 days? 3 weeks? 3 months? Years? If you find that a lot of them are short term problems, then it may be beneficial in the long run to stop caring as much about them, since they won't matter in the long run. That will allow you to tackle the more important issues and stop you from spreading yourself thin.

I hope that helped in some way!

Something that can help reduce stress and make things better?  Get off the computer.  Stay away from the internet for a few days and unplug.  Don't involve yourself in so many things, don't worry about everything that is accessible at any time.  Just get away from the internet, try reading, try something else.

It'll help.  I promise.

The very first thing to do is to identify the cause of the stress. Once you find out what it is, it will be much easier to get rid of it. Now, I believe that you wanted to know some good ways to relax. Well, I happen to know quite a few very good ways to get into a deep relaxation.
One of the very best ways to relax is to do very, very deep breathing for two to five minutes. This always helps for me. Also, yoga and meditation will work as well. Just try and make sure that the stress doesn't completely devour you. I hope you feel better soon.
