What Seed & Difficulty should I use for the New World = Vizzed Minecraft Server

Using the Multiverse plugin, I plan to create a new world that users can go to to mine stuff and obtain materials to bring back to the main world. The purpose of this new world wouldn't be to build your creations on or to live on, it'd basically be a way to allow users to obtain building materials without having to buy them. For that reason, I'm not sure whether I'll let users claim lots in the New World or not.

The New World will have enemies because I don't want it to be too easy for users to obtain materials (that'd take the fun out of the server and make it unfair for the users who have used a lot of Viz/MViz to buy the stuff that they have). I'm thinking of sending the enemy difficulty to either Normal or Hard.

I'm not sure what seed to use for the Open World either. Preferably something with a wide variety or biomes, terrain and resources. I wouldn't want it too have too many resources though or resources that are very easy to obtain. Likewise, I wouldn't want a world with very little resources which would make it pointless to go to.

Daivd, one thing I'd like to add is the possibility of making your own sub-division/whatever. Maybe make a opening fee of 15,000 Viz or something. I feel if people can make their own themed town they can attract people with similar interests and possibly use teamwork for big community projects.

Davideo7 : yeah i agree with kyle and mrfe on the hard mode and it would be really fun to have lot's of monsters and mobs and stuff to show how goo you are at this game. No Claiming or anything like that like no admins with special abilities or anything we should all start out the same.

I kinda like the idea of admins not having their power in the new world, I'll see if it's possible. Sometimes I feel like the admin power thing takes the fun out of everything.

David - Wouldn't that kinda be pointless though? I mean, it could be fun for us admins, but what if someone was stuck and needed help getting free? Also, another consideration is that we have all the resources we want in the other world, so removing our powers wouldn't help. We can simply set our own mode to survival when we want to, and that would accomplish the exact same thing without removing our ability to help others if needed.

mrfe : You'd still probably be able to TP them. For me personally, if I was playing in a really hard world and investing a lot of time just to travel in it and then suddenly an admin flies by like a Super Hero, that would ruin it for me.

1. Hard / Hardcore. I don't want to see all the areas near spawn pillaged within a few short hours. It should be a struggle to get started. 
However, with hard, I'd like the option to /sethome and /home with a timed 10-second delay that requires you stand still and not engaged in a fight. That way no one should escape during PvP but it helps mining groups go far out.

Here's one that looked really nice. Apparently it has several terrains in close proximity to each other. Since no one had given an actual seed as a suggestion, here's one for you.

As for the whole admins not having power, that sounds great. If you use /op, I'm not entirely sure that it's possible with multi-verse. However, if you get a nice permissions plug-in, you can set the admin rank to have full permissions in the normal worlds, but not in the new world. I'd recommend
GroupManager for this, not PermissionsEx as some might suggest.

I've went ahead and created the world. I found a good well balanced world which I'll post more about in a little bit.

It'll be set to Hard with no Land Claiming. Also, when you die in this new world, you lose your items!
