In Super Smash Bros. (all games), how fast are all of your main characters?

For me, I always use fast characters. Fox, Captain Falcon, and Sheik are 3 of my 4 main characters (my 4th is Lucas, who isn't slow either). I hope less on strength and more on combos and chain throwing. Whew, you should see me with Fox in Melee... I get people up to 100% in combos.

I pretty much use fast characters like marth and fox. My brother only uses roy, and so I have to counter his power with evasiveness and speed, combos and such.

Plus fox looks a bit like a hamster ^.^

I generally prefer fast characters.  Marth, Zero Suit Samus, Shiek, and Falco and the like.  But I'm not afraid to mix it up.  Rob is also one of my faves, and I've been known to prefer Rob in large brawls and on large maps.

So no one here yet uses characters like DK and Ganondorf?

TheFadedWarrior : DK yes...but Ganondorf, no, usually not.  DK's not at the top of my list, but I use him sometimes.  I only use Ganondorf when I'm bored or looking to mix things up.

TheFadedWarrior : I actually main one of each in brawl with being: toon link-fast, Lucas - medium and ike - slow.

I love really fast characters, so I use Sonic and Captain Falcon so I can knock people out of the game as quick as possible, without taking too much damage for myself.

I prefer medium paced characters like ROB because they can take some damage, give some, and still have mobility to make sure that I don't get hit by Final Smashes or anything slow like Samus' charge shot.

I personally prefer medium speed characters that can damage pretty well, like marth, he is very light for his weight class, but he has a lot of strong moves to KO. I also think that wolf is good as well, even though he is considered a heavy character, I can still move pretty fast with him and give a good amount of damage. If I had to pick between speed and power though, I would have to go with power, I play as Ike and link a lot and I am able to really bash my opponent with power. With Ike for instance, I just use his quick draw for recovery and movement. Speed is important, but it shouldn't be everything, look at sonic for example, he is so fast that he is actually hard to control and his moves really aren't all that strong since he doesn't have a lot of reliable KO moves. 

I prefer a balance between the two, but I would say power is more important. Speed is great to have though. 

I'm pretty much in the middle. I like characters like Luigi, Mario, Ness, Lucas, characters with an average speed. Sonic is a pain to control, especially when he's in his final smash form. The only heavy character I enjoy is Donkey Kong. Ganondorf gives me cancer thinking about. He's probably my least favorite character, but level 9 Ganons are so ignorant!
