The is lot oh cheeses I love but the favorite one is, I'm not sure what it is called in english but in Finland it's called "kotijuusto" so roughly translated it's homecheese? It's white, soft and veeery tasty, sadly it's expensive so I don't buy it very often.

It's soooo hard to pick a favorite kind of cheese!!! No meal is complete without it, and I don't care what anyone says... cheese is one of those things that goes good with ANY meal.  Nobody has really been able to convince me otherwise, because even sweet desserts go well with cream cheese.

As I was going down your list, I was thinking I knew the answer, but with nearly every option, I was going "Oooh! No, that's the best!"  lol  I love Harvati as well.

Swiss and Monterey Jack?  Parmesan!  Ack!  It's just all too much.  

That being said, I would have had an easier time picking my LEAST favorite cheeses.  bleu is one of them. What's wrong with all you bleu cheese eaters!  lol
