Mildly flexible, I guess. I know that not many of my guy friends are flexible, and I am generally more flexible than them, though I do have a friend who is extremely flexible. Surprisingly, he cannot put his leg behind his head, but one of my less flexible friends can with some effort. I find it really weird. I can do some basic stretches though more easily than some others, but I am definitely not in the upper echelon.

I'd say I'm pretty average for someone who doesn't work out. Though I have been able to put my leg behind my head I get a feeling that if I try that again I'd probably snap but who knows either way I don't feel like trying it.

I have some friends who actually think that being able to touch your toes is considered flexible, so I would say if we go by that standard, I am able to barely touch my ankles when bending down. I can also have my hand-to-elbow part of my arm touch flat on the ground if I stretch my legs bending down touching the ground, but I can't do splits. So I would say that I'm kinda flexible for a guy.

I would have to say that no, I am not. I guess that I used to be, but after I got diagnosed with kyphosis, after a few months, I wasn't as flexible. Now, it hurts to try to sit up straight. I have to slouch a lot to not feel any pain.

I am very flexible. Seriously. I always knew I was relatively flexible, but recently I've learned that I'm much more flexible than I thought. It helps that I'm very thin. I can easily do a backbend and walk around. I can almost rest my chin on my butt. Yeah, that's pretty flexible. I can put my leg behind my head to some extent and I can touch my toes without bending my knees (though I might need to warm up or relax first). I can also bend forward very far while sitting down (enough that I can use my upper thighs as earmuffs). I bet that if I took an hour long hot bath around 6:00 (you're more flexible in the evening) and ended around 7:00, I could probably do some very crazy stuff.

Nope.  I'm not flexible and it will be my downfall.  I run, I play sports, I'm extremely active but I don't do stretching.  I need to stretch because I'm sure it will catch up with me in the end.  I have not had any catastrophic injuries from not stretching.  That is, I haven't pulled anything, torn anything, popped anything, and I baby my body when I feel something not working right.  My wife is aggressive and runs through pain and she accuses me of being too quick to pull up and go easy if I feel a twinge.

I think feeling the twinges and stopping is what has helped me maintain my level of health and my non-injury nature.  My wife doesn't stretch either and she's busted up from the abuse she gives herself.

I am very flexible, while standing up I can bend all the way down and touch my toes. Without having to bend my knee's and I can hold that position for a good 3 minutes before giving out. While sitting down I can actually have both of my hands pass my toes completely. The whole hand without bending my knee's at all but I can only hold that position for 2 minutes.

I'm somewhat flexible. I can not put my leg behind my head or touch my toes while holding my knees straight, but I can easily reach my own head height with a taekwondo kick and especially my arms are flexible, I can touch my hands when I bend my arms behind my back like this:

So I would say that while I'm not like a snake, I'm flexible for my age. I usually stretch and I exercise enough to slowly improve.

I can't touch my toes without bending my knees quite a bit and many other things that require flexibility I stink at quite a bit. At least I'm a pretty good runner and if I practice enough, an OK basketball player. Also, I can do 100 sit-ups (aka curl-ups) non-stop. My flexibility is OK, I guess.
