MAYIM: I like it when it is quiet around here,this street can be quite rough
SHAWN: Yeah,you can hear yourself think on a street like this and no one around to listen in on your conversation,not even the guy that runs this kiosk,I don't think he knows much English
MAYIM: Are your noodles good?
SHAWN: They actually are,I guess I don't eat noodles so much,I am more into other pasta dishes
MAYIM: I make a great spaghetti carbonara
SHAWN: Sounds good,if it is vegan
MAYIM: Of course,wow,we are both vegan
SHAWN: Yeah,what are the odds that on what was a lousy night that I would find another vegan who likes to think about life and it's meanings at this time of night
MAYIM: I am usually always a night owl,I am like a nocturnal animal,I sleep during the day and then come out at night,like a bat
(She laughs and finishes her noodles)
SHAWN: I don't know what animal I would be,I was feeling like a depressed dog earlier but now I am kind of perked up and feel more like a butterfly,just happy to be there and do things
MAYIM: Absolutely,a butterfly has no worries,just flies and enjoys life
SHAWN: That's a good way of putting it
MAYIM: Hey,since we are both night owls tonight,how about I show you this great painting I did for my church? We can get in at this time,church is always sanctuary
SHAWN: Sounds good to me
(Shawn finishes his noodles as Mayim brings out her ipod and earphones)
MAYIM: I want you to listen to this song with me too
SHAWN: Sure
(Shawn and Mayim then walked down the street,an earphone in their ear listening to "Good Souls" by the band Starsailor)
