Headbutt:This move has a base attack damage of 70 and has 100% accuracy,also this move has a 30% chance of making the target flinch,well your forced to take it anyway

Growl,3:This move reduces the targets attack stat by 1 stage and has 100% accuracy,just keep using headbutt....

Water Sport,7: ha ha ha ha HA HA-

Ryuk: Haven't you used that gag a million times already

Relinquish; oh your going to be annoying aren't you...?

Icy wind,11: This move has a base attack damage of 55 and has 95% accuracy,this move will also lower the targets speed by 1 stage,good move take it use it love it

Encore,13:This move forces the target to use its last used move for 5 turns,...no..no..no

Ryuk: and you used that another time

relinquish: Are you kidding me...?

Ice Shard,17: This move has a base attack damage of 40 and has 100% accuracy,also this move has +1 priority,pretty good move but don't use it all the time just keep spamming icy wind and just use this move if you predict any major damage because this move will almost always hit first

Rest,21:This move puts the target to sleep but usually restores the targets maximum health,pretty good move but use it wisely

Aqua Ring,23:This move heals 1/16 of the targets health for a few turns,uh..kind of odd i don't like it but use it if you want

Aura Beam,27:This move has a base attack damage of 65 and has 100% accuracy,also this move has a 10% chance of lowering the targets attack stat by 1 stage,great move take it use it...i can't come up with a clever way to end this

Aqua jet,31:This move has a base attack damage of 40 and has 100% accuracy,also this move has +1 Priority,pretty good move but...its near identical to ice shard,so if you have kept ice shard for this long just replace it for this move so you can have a little variety

Brine,33:This move has a base attack damage of 65 and has 100% accuracy,also this moves damage doubles to 130 if the target is below 50% health,pretty good move take it

Now at level 34 we get Dewgong...man puberty hit this guy like a brick

Right when this thing Evolves it gets sheer cold,this move is a one hit knock out but has complete random accuracy...i HATE moves like this,there just completely random it can have a 48% chance a 12% 83% chance it does not care,DON'T USE IT

Take Down,39:This move has a base attack damage of 90 and has 85% accuracy,also the user takes 25% of the damage the target takes as recoil,this is one of my favorite moves so take it but use it sparingly

Dive,45:This move has a base attack damage of 80 and has 100% accuracy,great move take it done

Aqua Tail,49: This move has a base attack damage of 90 and has 90% accuracy,pretty good move i think you should take it but use it sparingly,this move will not hit all the time

Ice Beam,55:This move has a base attack damage of 90 and has 100% accuracy,also this move a 10% chance of freezing the target,great move take it done

Safeguard,61:This move protect the users Pokemon from any status changes,pretty basic and kind of odd but i don't really like it and i do not have much of a use for it

Hail,65:This moveset ends with hail,this move causes hail to fall from the sky and damage certain Pokemon for 5 turns,pretty decent move take it if you want but i don't like it


Stats

Hp,90:This is a pretty decent stat i would really love it to go to 100 but screw it this is good

Attack,70retty low stat but hey this thing does not have alot of attack type moves in its set anyway so..once again screw it

Defense,80:This Pokemon has a bit of bulk,but still it could have been a little better

Sp.Atk,70: Man...this really could have been alot better i mean..jesus,these special attack make up most of its set

SP.Def,95: This is where Dewgongs bulk finally comes out,this stat will help you so much in the game,especially when you come across your weaknesses

Speed,70: Once again this could have been a lot better but its just BARELY passes because it could have been alot worse

This guy only has 4 weaknesses,Fighting Rock Grass Electric,About 3 of these are common and i ran into them alot,So this is going to halt your Progress by a little bit

This Pokemon does not really take that long to level,in fact it was pretty easy for me.

Ice beam/Blizzard: This is here for you to take down a decently strong target you know for the big guys,you can also use blizzard but i am one of those guys that prefers accuracy over power

Rain Dance:This move is here to boost the power of surf

Surf:This move is here to be your main attack move,even when you facing Pokemon that resist water,when rain dance is in effect i promise you it will still do a decent amount of damage

Rest:This move is here for you when you are so desperate that you have to lullaby yourself to sleep to get some health back


Gyms Rivals and Elite 4

Gyms:This thing is decently effective in gyms and is worthy to be taken there with you,

Rivals:This guy will have some problems against your rival and when this thing is your main Pokemon your going to be stuck at some points in the game,but ultimately you can survive

Trainers are-

Death the kid: Nothing..

Relinquish:...piss off

Elite 4hould you take it to the elite 4...Maybe This thing just might work out if you are determined,your going to have some problems with this thing in the Elite 4 but screw it this thing is okay


Tips

1.I recommend you EV train this thing to focus in special attack
2.Always have a Flying type or fire type with you in case you run into grass types,this was the type i came across the most

Final Thoughts: Pretty good,I don't have much to say here,this Pokemon is just pretty good and its almost great,its has a pretty good moveset until the 2 final moves in the end,it has balanced stats but there not that effective,it has good Tms but it does not have alot of them
And its okay against the A.I,i i really had a fun time with this Pokemon and its okay to take this thing if your looking for a decent water/ice type Pokemon and really this is a Pokemon that i would really recommend for you,it has common weaknesses that your going to run into alot,but if you have a decent team you should be fine,so Don't worry.so all in all i guess you can take it go ahead its freaking awesome i really recommend it...but i will not give it the Agent of Awesomeness badge because it does not offer anything new or interesting to the table

Seel is actually a good Pokemon for your team. There are other nice options, like Lapras, but hey, you can't always find a Lapras. 

Seel would be nice with Recover and Safeguard. It can help you out when facing the E4...if you have good Def. on it and with those 2 moves, you can swap out your Seel and heal other Pokemon in your party. But really, that's only when you do not need to accentuate water-type Pokemon for your party. 

If you need a solid water type, Dewgong is a fairly decent choice.

However, Dewgong is not ideal, for its movepool isn't the greatest that it could be, and you could easily choose a Walrein, which is a better choice in my opinion. 

You can use Dewgong as a Surfer, and have Ice Beam to take out the dragons. Rest would be nice, and fill in the last spot with whatever move you feel is necessary. 

Nice job bro. 

Not my favorite Pokemon to use during games but it does have decent bulk and it covers its grass weakness with its ice moves so really it only has 2 weaknesses you need to look out for. I personally would rather use Wailord or Laparas instead of Dewgong but we all have our different tastes in team members even when some are better choices than others. (I am guilty of using a few Pokemon in some games with terrible stats myself).

relinquish022 : Lol just because Paul had a team of 6 extremely powerful Pokemon does not mean it was Ash's best rival he had. I will admit Paul was one of the better rivals he had though.
