I think a pretty cool pokemon game would have six starters instead of three them being Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno.
Legendary pokemon would also be common and instead of pokemon only being able to have four moves they would be able to have six.
Pokemon would also gain a level every 20 battles no matter how high of a level they get so it wouldn't take forever to train them.
Also with each level their move's pp would go up by 2 and not just stay the same.
Status effects would also go away after the battle ended.
And instead of a elite four it will be a pokemon tournament like in the shows, you would meet key players who are stronger than normal
trainers and you will battle 15 of  them at random in the finals and you will be to heal your pokemon after each battle and be able to buy items when you go to heal them.
You will be able to find and battle Mew and Mewtwo only Mew would evolve into Mewtwo and Mewtwo would have a evolved form and it would evolve into a Mewthree.
There would be no masters balls in this game just pokeballs, great balls, and ultra balls.
It would have two regions with new trainers and new pokemon not found in the first one.
Pokeballs would also be able to be bought in your home town.
Also there wouldn't be any pokemon that needed to be traded to evolve.
And there wouldn't be any tm's just hm's so you would be able to teach every pokemon a lot of moves instead of just wasting one on a pokemon you decide not to use later in the game.

I think that would be a great pokemon game and i would make it but i don't know the first thing about making or hacking games.

I like the idea of making the Pokémon league like the show in tournament style, but some of the other ideas seem to basic and kinda take away from what Pokémon (or at least how I perceive Pokémon) to be. Also in the new generations TMs are infinite just like HMs already, so I guess one of your ideas is good enough for Nintendo

That would make the game a bit too easy making it not be a challenge by making the legendaires selectable as a starter they are a bit too overpowered.

Yeah, I think the game would be fun, but it seems like the game would be too easy as well.  It would make for a quality hack.

Remove the legendaries for starters and it would be a great game.

Anyways, like others said. Ledgenderies for Starters would make
the game to easy. Unless there would be overpowered wild pokemon.

And a better suggestion is for you to be able to pick all starters from all 6 gens.
Charmander,Bulbasaur,Squirtle,Cyndaquil,Totodile,Chikorita,Mudkip,Torchic,Treeko,Chimchar,Turtwig,Piplup,Snivy,Tepig,Oshawott,Froaki,Fennekin & Chespin.

Like i already said before, I don't know how to make game hacks. The game may sound easy but who ever said the trainers and pokemon would be low level? You people are right though about the starters being legendary pokemon since legendary pokemon would be common.

I think making all legendary pokemon common but having different ones in both regions would be really fun considering in all pokemon games they are really hard to find and take a long time to be able to catch them. A lot of people might find the game easy because all pokemon level up every 20 battles and legendary pokemon are common but even if the game is easy if it is really fun does it matter how difficult it is? Personally i hate super difficult games.

That does sound like a good idea since I wouldn't worry about the legendary beasts running away, yet the game would be way to easy.

The way i see it is when your starting out every trainer and pokemon would be at level 5. In the next area it would be at level 10 and so and so forth. The new areas would be separated by the gyms so the first gym would go up by another 5 making the area after the first gym level 10 pokemon and after the second gym every thing would be level 15 pokemon. The game would be easy on some levels but you would need to take some time 2 level up your pokemon.

What i posted on here is just the gist of things, i have the game pretty much all worked out and on paper. I just wish i knew a hacker 2 make it :/ if somebody did make it id give them 4000 Viz for making it.

Here's My idea:

In Pokémon, I would live on a GIANT island that I got my Groudon to make. I'd plant seeds everywhere and make Kyogre use its drizzle to make it rain every day and make them grow super big. Then ide make a giant Tower that's like 6 miles into the sky and 10 below the ground until it hits water. Then ide make a giant room where the tower hits water and call it my living quarters. On the outside, the tower would be surrounded by a giant lake called Survival Lake. Much like Rage lake, its infested with Gyrados. But Caravanah, Wailords, sharpedo, Blastoise, and Tentacruels. Only way to get to the tower is by a ridiculously hard and long surf. Then once you get to the tower, it says on the front door that its locked and the key is in Dragon's Cave. Once you find dragon's cave, you must enter it to find half the key. The cave is filled with Dragonite, Salamence, Dratini, Dragonair, and (even though hes not a dragon) Charizard. Once you get to the end, an extremely powerful Rayquaza guards the key. You must beat Rayquaza to get the key. If somehow you are able to get the half key, a not on it says that the other half is in Grass City. Once you find Grass City, you'll notice that its nothing but extremely tall grass. When you start to enter, all sorts of grass Pokémon start to fight you. This place is filled with Venesaur, Torterra, Sceptile, Maganium, Exeggutor, and Butterfree. Once you get to the end, you'll notice nothing is guarding the other half key. Once you grab it, a Giant Regiegigas pops up and attacks you. You must beat him to exit Grass City. Once you beat him, you go back to the giant tower. The keys connect and the door opens. Once you enter, a note on the wall says "To enter the Champions Chamber, you must beat the Legends of several Regions." You take the Elevator to the very top and start. First door is Kanto's Legends. Once you enter, you must battle Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno. Once you beat them, then Lugia pops up. He speaks to you with his Telepathy, telling you that the only way to get to Johto's Legends is by gaining the access key that he has. If your able to beat him, your Pokémon will be recovered and the Elevator opens. This time it takes you to a new room. On the door, it says "Enter here for Johto's Legends". You enter and Ho Oh pops up. You battle him, and if you beat him, he hands you a note. On it, there's another Access Key and the note reads "Uncokl Hneon" If your able to unscramble it, reads "Unlock Hoenn". It Elevator once again opens and it takes you to the floor below it. In there, the access key unlocks the door. You step inside and are attacked by a Regice and Regierock. You must tag battle to win. Once you win, a Regiesteele hovers in and battles you. Once you beat him, the room goes dark and when the lights come back on, the 3 Pokémon are gone and all that remains is a letter saying "Surf for Treasure". You go outside and surf in Survival Lake. Somewhat later, you find a diving spot. You dive and you see a sunken ship. You enter it and see a treasure box. Just when you get half way to it, a Kyogre Attacks! Beat Kyogre to get the Treasure. Once you get the treasure box, you resurface and open it. Inside is 3 Gold Nuggets, a Big Pearl, A weirdly shaped item (it looks like a squiggly U) and a note. The note says "My brothers on fire. Please find him". You wonder the entire island until you get to a cave. You enter the cave called Flare Cave, and it takes you way below the surface. You will have to beat many Pokémon, including: Magmar, Macargo, Charizard, and Typlosion. Once you get to the end, the other half of the weird U is hovering above a Groudon. You must beat Groudon to get the U. Once you beat him and you get the remaining U, the two connect and you get telaported to a door which says "Master's Chamber". Before the door opens, an Unknown warps to you and recovers your pokemon and tells you that this is the greatest battle you will ever face. You enter and are instantly greeted by the champion. He congratulates you on being the first one to enter. He then walks you to the Elevator and the two of you are taken to a battle arena. He tells you that if you win, you get to have a prize pokemon of his choosing. The two of you begin to battle. His Pokemon are all at level 100. His team includes: Rhypherior, Wailord, Raichu, Steelix, Arcius, and Magmortor. If you somehow manage to beat him, you get to choose your pokemon. I created this one day when I was bored. I sent a request to Nintendo to actually create this so I hope it goes through

That kind of sounds like "Pokemon Sims" I know that there is no such thing as Pokemon Sims but if there was that is how it should be lol.

The Pokemon Sims game shouldn't be for kids though because then you could make officer Jenny and nurse Joy wear any thing you want then 2 or nothing if you want lol.

Interesting. I never like the idea of having legendary pokemon as starters. And the mewthree idea is not so good. Mewtwo is already crazy powerful, another evolution would be to much. I do like the tournament idea though.
