I have been talking to my friends about the next call of duty and we also have been bringing up past titles, including Black Ops 2. Most of my friends don't like the game, and a few do, including my brother. The few of my friends that like BO2 (particularly one) has been bugging me why I don't like it. Its because it strays from the original formula but don't get me wrong, I'm open to new ideas. Its just that it does that so much and kinda going in the wrong direction is why I don't like it such as the replacement of killstreaks with "Scorestreaks". Also its bad craftsmanship, such as bad weapons overall, the only actual good weapons are at a high level or in DLC, and bad maps. Maybe its because I haven't adjusted to it yet but I doubt it because I have been playing it for a while. The game also has horrid servers as even if you have full bars, and good Internet service, and nothing interfering, you still get occasional lag and host migration(I play on XBOX). The campaign I haven't played and never will just because it looks bad but I cant say much about that. The zombie mode is okay but still not better than it predecessor. Overall, I think this is the worst in the franchise, maybe since I'm more familiar with call of duty than some people I know, is the reason why I don't like it. But if your new to call of duty or FPS in general you might like it. I expected this game to be as good as the original black ops, if not better due to black ops being a excellent game, but its too different. In conclusion, this game sucked and I cant wait for the next call of duty.

Call of duty black ops is a pretty good game but not as good as call of duty modern warfare,call of duty modern warfare two,and call of duty modern warfare three.I loved the zombies portion of the game but the campaign seemed a whole lot different then the modern warfare series.Overall a great game the multiplayer could be better though and the campaign as well.

If you play te campaign, you'll find it is an okay game.  Zombies is also single player, so, not taking into account different multiplayer experiences, it is an okay game.

well  black ops 2 is a great game , no awesome even if don't know how play it that much .

Black Ops 2 isn't that good of a game but its not really that bad either. I personally think that it wasn't that good because they put too much effort into it.

I think it is bad. War games have just gone away. 

Like every Call of Duty I have played, I find it to be very average. It seems like all you need to do is snipe and you are a pro. (in multiplayer). Plus, this game isn't that different to Modern Warfare. However, I really like the Nuketown 2025 map because it almost feels like a game I've never played called Fallout (by the way, my flame shield is on).

Average ha ha. Black Ops Two is just another call of duty with different guns and different maps. The only thing I like and play it for is the Zombies mode. Granted you could do more with your classes and customize then better then before. But its just the same old same old. You know what I mean?

But with Zombies i do have to say i like the maps, there more spacious and there more complex. Sorry to knock it as it is my favorite map of all time, Der Riese from Call Of Duty: World At War, you could literately sit at the cat walk once you got your perks till round 30 on your own. Believe me, my self and others have done it. Whilst in Tranzit on Black Ops Two you have to travel and survive all the time (unless you glitch) until you open the Pack A Punch, but once your out of ammo your toast as you have no escape.

My point I'm trying to make is Black Ops Two Zombies is more of a challenge solo then any other previous Maps and I really enjoy the challenge.

I've absolutely hated every COD game that came out after the third one besides World at War, which was -at best- mediocre. The first, second and third games were all right, but everything besides the four of those was total crap including Black Ops II. 

Personally, I'd have to save "average".

I mean, it's just another FPS like 500 other games out there... go around and shoot people, then do some stupid missions and then go back to shooting people.

It's kind of just too common these days that those games aren't even appealing anymore to me... nothing but repeat after repeat after repeat.

Black ops is more hardcore than MD because of its zombie mode and story so I would say good

Black ops 2 is better then black ops 1 because of the zombies and the season pass feature. The season pass gives you all of the 4 map packs free when they come out. So with that said I give Black ops 2 a rating of 10/10.

Black Ops 2 I would have to say is ok, I like the zombie levels on it mostly, my favorite zombie maps are the town survival and transit.  I don't really like campaign or multiplayer all that.

It's overrated and the same thing over and over again.

I thought Call of Duty Black Ops 2 was average.  I mean yes it is another game with the same stuff as the last one with a few adjustments and upgrades.  I still enjoyed the Zombie Mode but I really wish they could bring back the maps from BO1.  Multiplayer is the same garbage as the last one and the lag is horrible sometimes.  The Campaign wasn't actually bad in my opinion, I really liked how it had some missions as the original Mason and the other ones as his son.  There were some shocking parts like when Woods shoots the guy with the bag over his head and when Hudson was actually bad.  

Eh. Im more of a PC gamer so i only played it twice and i didn't really like it. So ima go with average since is wasn't terrible. 

 I feel like the actual game play in Black Ops is okay, it's what is come to be expected of FPS games, especially Call of Duty games. Frantic run'n'gun, twitch style combat. I just think some of the mechanics and customization have fallen off. I like the face paint customization from Black Ops, it added a bit of a unique quality to each player, and I wish they had more amusing playercards and emblems like they did in Moder Warfare 2. But, I fear the Call of Duty series is so dead set on profit, that anything truly fun or innovative is not going to come to fruition.
