I was out with my family for Memorial Day. I'm sorry I missed it.

awww, it's okay!  I'll be posting the results of yesterday's game tomorrow sometime in the late afternoon when Jason goes to work.

For those of you that missed it, we could have one Friday. Jenika missed it as well and wants to hang out with us again.  (You know, the super hyper, totally awesome girl that's always surrounded by kids?  Some of you are missing out if you haven't met her!!!)

Anyways, she wants to know if we would be willing to play again Friday, some time after 4pm.  What say you guys?

Singelli : I would, but I am 5 hours behind the server, remember? And I have to go try to improve my time for a go kart grand priex 1 more times (i have 3 races saved up.) . The actually grand priex is on the 1st, which is Saturday, so I can't do it then, either. Sorry, dear. :/ How do I always end up missing these things?

Alright, so are you guys ready for the results of the last game?!  Dun dun dun dun!  Full of laughs and quite a bit of tom-foolery, play4fun claimed to be full of well-prepared taunts, but only ended up throwing a few weak jabs. ( )  Nonetheless... the artists performed, the players leaped from their chairs screaming, and the audience wept.

Okay, so maybe the game was nothing to shed tears over, but it was still a blast!  Here are the images from the game.  Can you guess them before reading through the hidden text?

This was the story of Balaam on the way to curse troops despite God telling him not to.  I actually guessed what this was long before play4fun ever threw any words up on the screen, but his saddle on the donkey through me off, looking more like a miniature camel hump.

What's so funny, you might ask?  Apparently everyone thought they would trip me up with this one, but I guessed it before the orange shape was hardly even completed.  Daniel and the lion's den!  Personally, I would have loved to see the lion complete. XD

While AuraBlaze had to dip out of the game for a moment, I wasn't given much of a chance to keep drawing.  play4fun blurted this one before I had even finished my stick figure, recognizing it as the mysterious words written by a finger, and which Daniel interpreted.  play4fun says the hand gave it away..... at least he knew it was a hand!

Now.... I had a small beef with this turn in the game.  I thought this drawing was VERY well done!  But nobody guessed it!  When I asked how nobody could -possibly- recognize Elijah being told to find nourishment by the angel.... I was told that the coals under the cake were.... too colorful and threw everyone off.  -.-  Wow, really?

Now this was one critter drawn by AuraBlaze that I just could not place!  I was totally shocked when play4fun got this one right, pointing out that those green things were... indeed.... a plague of frogs!

I can't remember if anyone guessed this one or not, but this was Jesus chiding the fig plant, which subsequently died.  Just for the record, play4fun, a fig leaf looks more like this.

This was yet another one I guessed rather quickly despite it's lack of completion.  This was the pillar of fire God sent down as the Israelites were faced with the Red Sea. Way to go, play4fun!

Aren't my little stick figure adorable?!?!  I mean, don't you just want to pick them up and hug them?!  I guess their cuteness was just too much to handle, because time nearly ran out before AuraBlaze finally guessed that this was the passage about there being a time for everything...

mrfe decided to join us at the very last minute, and he did an excellent job with his drawing, despite telling us that he lacked any artistic skill.  This was Steven being stoned to death.

Admittedly, this was a HORRIBLE decision on my part.  I thought it would be easy, started drawing, and then realized it wasn't quite so easy after all! However, everyone commended me on a well-drawn heart, even showing shock that something I drew was recognizable.  This offered me -some- consolation, since nobody guessed that this was the verse that says the fool hath said in his heart that there is no God.

This UFO beaming armor up is.... well.... a source of amusement to all four players in the game at this point.  I tried to distract everyone by shouting UFO, and people thought I was being serious.  But in the end, the laugh was on them, because I successfully recognized this as the full armor of God.

This was another one that I guessed before completion, much to everyone's dismay.  This was meant to be a rendition of Jesus walking on the water, but play4fun ended up thanking me for keeping him from having to draw Jesus and then having people's jaws drop.

At some point AuraBlaze had to leave the competition and so mrfe stood up and took his place.  I think the kid deserves some kind of artsy reward, because this was just wonderfully done!  Sparing most of the blood and thus almost giving the appearance of red wigs, mrfe was able to get play4fun to recognize this as Samson killing people with a donkey's jaw bone.

While I recognized the ark of the covenant almost immediately, I became stuck on the idea that this represented the instance in which God had the arc brought back to Beth Shemesh by a cow-drawn cart after it had been stolen.  Sadly, this was not the case, and AuraBlaze scored a point when he recognized it as the instance in which a man touched the ark and was immediately struck to death.

While I took this to be something dealing with tithe, play4fun immediately beat me to the punch, stating that this just had to be the example of the woman giving her last coin to the church, though others were able to give more.... and being praised by Jesus for her action.

Now, I just had to save the best for last.  Doesn't my guy up there deserve his own meme?  In all fairness, I had drawn something else before drawing this, and the slowness of my fellow players forced me to lower my standards of drawing!  Unfortunately, just the sight of this caused me to go into a fit of laughter, and I couldn't draw anything else. Eliciting much gnashing of teeth, I'm sure, this drawing represented the bible passage about the wailing and gnashing of teeth, and the fiery furnace that awaits those who do not turn to God.

Finally, we come to the drawing that won the game.  Although I was creaming all the competition early on in the game, I decided to be graceful and give everyone else a chance. play4fun and I ended up tying as the game ended, but neither were satisfied with a tie. Like the angel I am (), I tave play4fun the chance to save grace.... allowing mrfe to give us one last drawing to guess.  Eager and excited that I had JUST read this passage a day earlier, I shouted out what I knew so very well to be the answer:  Jesus healing a lame man, who subsequently got up leaping and singing praises to God!  Alas, if only I hadn't been so excited, I would have realized that this was actually PETER who witnessed the healing of the lame man...... and thusly, play4fun claimed the victory!

Congrats playfun!!!.  It was a thrill and honor to play against you once more!  Until next time..... haha.....

Man, I've made myself such a profession in kicking butt and I'm ready do some more butt kicking later today.
