I have deleted those who attempted the quiz but did not finish on time. (Light Knight, Eva, Singelli). I just realized that the formatting of the quiz can be hard to read and some of you did not finish on time. I will set the quizzes to be without time limit and you will need to retake Day 23 as well as take Day 24.

play4fun : oh, did I actually get all those right?!  O.o  I always mix Elijah and Elisha up, but I was pretty certain I knew which TWO were their miracles.  However, while I vaguely remembered the 'couples' story, I thought that was in the old testament, so I felt really thrown off by it.  Peter just happened to be my last choice, but I thought I had up to three wrong because of it.  

And thing1, I don't think you're supposed to publicly announce that you're using a sling.... LOL

Eva-Janova : Actually, according to my results, you flipped your Elisha and your Elijah, so you got deducted for those questions. I did get both 24 and 25 from you, so it's all good. 

Hahaha, you probably up there in 4th place because some of your other competitors fell in the rankings and you happen to get enough positive points to slip by. Notice how you are still about 300 points away from third place.

I was hoping to change the idea that saving the sling would give you only 60 pts instead of 120, but oh well, maybe the next time this happens.

Any way I can take the quizzes before you post the answers, just to see how I might have done?  XD  Or maybe would you mind copy pasting them to me in a pm?  I was busy until 1am yesterday, so I didn't get around to it.  I'm really curious how I might have done though, because I think I wouldn't have done well on the first, but I think I would have done very well on the second.

play4fun :  Okay, you lied in bible study.    I only knew three of the 'other languages'  quiz, and I totally guessed on the other three.  As for the name quiz, I did know all of those.    woot!  The only one I didn't know was Bethelshaazar (forgive me if I misspelled it), but given that it was the last option, it's not like I could have gotten it wrong.  LOL

Shame I missed the last quiz, at least.  *sniffles*  Ah, life goes on!

huh... well, considering I had a 33% chance for each of the three I was unsure about... I suppose that's not too bad. XD  One of the three I knew, I only knew because of the word 'Eli' and the fact that it was repeated twice.  The three I didn't know were... the two about healing, and the one about mysterious words on the temple walls.  I kept swapping between two choices, so it'll be interesting to see if my other combination was the right one.  Wait, I just realized... using basic logic (lol), that my other combination would have had to have been right.  I think.  Um.....

So assuming I would have done the name quiz rather quickly, I guess I could have racked up some decent points.  No more late nights for me!  (haha... yeah, right.)

As I receive these results, I kept thinking..."oooo, this might be the one that no one is able to answer complete correct. I finally stumped all of them!" And then Light Knight came in and got all of them right. (Party pooper!) I am very sorry to pray75. You've gotten more than half right in your results, but you were 12 seconds over half the time restraint, which means the sling attack on you was successful and you lost 120 points, falling from 3rd to 5th. This opens up the way for Singelli and Eva, who is currently 3rd and 4th, respectively, while making it a tight race for third. Man, this is such a twist of events happening, and I REALLY REALLY want to say the identity of the slinger, but I'm forced to hold my tongue. Light Knight is getting closer to Surgiac, but still has a long way to go. Can he make up the lost points with the time remaining?

You only have Day 27, 28, and 29 left to make a sling move. Know that if two people make the sling move on the same person on the same day, the effect is only once on the slinger, so either one of them wasted their sling, or if they fail, they both suffer the consequences. Use them wisely. Most of you still have your slings.

I wasn't really expecting this to be that difficult. I though the nationalities are distinctive enough that it would be too easy, but most of you who participated struggled this round. pray75 was the only one that got all of the answers correct and did so in less than a minute. He made up from the sling attack that happened previously and is now back in the tight race for 3rd. Other than that, everyone else got 50% or less of the descriptions correctly, which means anyone would have been the perfect candidate to be slung. Yet, everyone played it safe today. With only 2 days left that you can use the sling, people might be overlapping if they use it on the same person.

play4fun : Fortunately for me, I actually knew all but one of them, but the process of elimination really made that clear. For whatever reason, these things stick to me more than most things. It's like today, we had a service and read about the ten lepers Jesus healed, with only one (the Samaritan) returning to give thanks go Jesus for healing him. I'll probably never forget that now.

I'm not answering 28. I didn't do well with the first garbage question, and I don't think I want to give it a shot. The 29 was kind of hard, but I think I did alright with it. We'll see for sure in a little bit.

Welcome alr256! You might be a little slow in arriving to the competition, but you still got some points going. Surgiac is still commanding the lead but Light Knight keeps getting closer and closer. Sorry about the delay. I was working on another beast of a thread in the Review section as well as studying for a standardized test. All of that is over and I will be focusing on that for the rest of the day.
