For me I choose "Code Geass" it"s supper cool to watch, you can't guess what would happen in every episode plus there are some unexpected scene like a death of some important  characters. It's pure strategic anime.

I like watching anime (most of them anyway), but I'd say my favorite one would have to be Dragon Ball Z.  There was no other show quite like it.  I also enjoyed watching Claymore.  I'm disappointed about it only lasting 30-something episodes but it every episode was acton-packed!  If you liked Inuyasha, this story was very similar (only it didn't last as long).
