I made this thread because I believe there's a problem with people littering all of the time , seriously the trash can is not that far away . Trash is not suppose to be on the floor , its just going to end up affection the environment .

  I hear you on this subject. I don't like it when there's greasy oil puddles on the road or trash everywhere. It's not that they can't find a trash can its that they are either lazy or they just don't care about the environment. As Bane said, "Some people just like to see the world burn."

There is actually a great video that pretty much covers what happens when you do this here. It is really bad, and littering only makes it worse! I totally agree with you on this subject.

It all comes down to people being lazy.
I mean being lazy in some instances is fine when it doesn't do any harm for example risking your job or as you say littering.
Some people need to just put in the extra effort for the few seconds it takes to walk next to a trash can and dispose of litter correctly.

People should not only be worried about littering I think but also what trash they make. Just because its not there for you to see, it don't mean it wont be a huge garbage heap somewhere else. So sure, put your trash into the garbage bin but make sure you make as little garbage as possible. For instance left overs of the food you eat and you throw away can make up as 50 pounds in waste a year. And the environmental effects of that food that was produced to you go to waste also.

I am feeling like Captain Planet over here already.... Well don't litter and try not to be too excessive.
