thenoobtester : Well as I said before, that doesn't really help us at all since neither one of you remembers the final score. So in a tie breaker situation you may not move on if you are tied with someone that has a higher total score from that round.

In the future take a screenshot of your final score screen, or just try to remember better.

Mooch beat me 31-10. It would have probably been closer if I hadn't gone for it on 4th twice. Note to self: The Vikings are NOT the way to go for this tourney. GG Mooch. And also, I don't think that if games end in a "Tie" due to not getting the game together, it should somehow count for less than a loss. I'm just saying I think that a person who actually played should be higher up in the standings than someone who didn't even try to play.

I PMed my next 3 opponents, and I noticed than none of them submitted a score for round one, which makes me wonder, what if none of them respond to me.

yes I'll be rewarded a win, but as you said, the score would be counted as 0-0. Wouldn't that be unfair to me? I'll lose because of score most likely.

What if the top person from each division gets a bye, and then theres a wild card for those who were affected by no shows, who have potential of being in the playoffs or something like that?

I know its the first tournament and you didnt know what would happen, this is me just thinking.

I guess the lesson here is to try to plan your match right away and play it sooner rather than later. It's difficult with everyone rushing around to try to get games in at the last min.

Also we knew that some people wouldn't show up to play their game for one reason or the other...I was just hoping it wasn't this many lol
