I've been being mischievous again...oh dear. And I was trolling the web, and I found an article on how to hack Sonic CD's Soundtrack. I have a version of Sonic CD++ (An amazing rom hack) and the whole soundtrack in mp3 files. I found out that if you put your own sonic soundtrack files in the same folder as the rom, you get custom music! I referred to a site with all the track listings so I could easily replace the mp3s of the music I hate in the game.

I name my iso 'Sonic' so all my track names are:

Sonic01
Sonic02
etc.

I realized that I could make a whole soundtrack. So I downloaded the SonicBeforeTheSequel'12 ost and started switching out tracks. It sounds amazing.

A list of what I've changed so far:

Palmtree Panic (All acts except for Bad Future)
Collision Chaos
Tidal Tempest
Quartz Quadrant
Wacky Workbench
Boss
Finale Boss
Title Screen
Level Clear

I left a few tracks untouched, like:

Invincibility
Speed Shoes
Metallic Madness
and Stardust Speedway

I should be able to upload my soundtrack when it's done. (Without the rom of course, you'll have to provide your own.)

I might try that out myself. Seems pretty awesome, changing the soundtracks in a game.
