Be it a Pot Noodle, Spam, Micro waved ready cooked pasta or a precooked toasted sand which ready for eating once defrosted we have all had our fair share of bad foods.

What guilty pleasure do you wish to own up to?

Micro waved cheesy chips in a white sauce?
Pre frozen kebabs within onions?
Or a pre made breakfast in 1 minute?

Oh boy.... should I go through my entire fridge?

Between myself not knowing how to cook, and my husband working nights and sleeping days... well let's just say I'm surprised I haven't gained 100 pounds this year.  ^.^

Though if I had to talk the 'pleasurable' bad foods?  My little guilty pleasures?
Definitely energy drinks.  (We can name those even though they're not a food, right?)

I know how terribly, terribly bad they are for you, but I just love the way a select few taste.  (Most are nasty.)  Even when I'm not tired, I like to drink them just to have that fresh and unique flavor you can't get from common sodas.

I also like pizza rolls very much, although I don't have them very often.  Talk about quick, frozen, un- nutritious meals!
