Ghiriham hands down. A problem I have with most LoZ villains is that, while threatening, they were never interesting. Zant changed that, but only in the second half of his game. Ghiriham manages to use interesting quotes with pretty sweet moves. While the fights made him contrast with his odd personality, I still think Ghiriham is the best of the bunch.

I personally like majora fighting him three times each time getting harder and it was so fun like the giants stop the moon then I go on the moon turns out to be peaceful boom final boss I like ganondorf a bit but he is overused but he was good to fight in twilight princess he was just too easy in ocarina of time

As much as I loved Demise from Skyward Sword, I think that he can't beat Ganondorf from Twilight Princess. Ghirahim was cool but creepy, and his tongue lick and dance (at the end when he was casting a spell with Zelda) pretty much got him blown out of the water. I have Ocarina of Time on the 3DS and, as much as I hate to say it, it was a bit of a disappointment. I beat it in regular and master mode in a week, and then I got all the heart pieces in another week. The bosses were disappointing. With Biggoron's sword and the fairy spin attack, I only has to stun Ganondorf twice to beat him. There were too many ways for Ganon to be beaten for him to win (i.e. Biggoron's Sword, Megaton Hammer, bombs, light arrows, deku nuts...). Ganon was way better in Twilight Princess, but it still couldn't top Ganondorf. I think that the clear winner is Ganondorf from Twilight Princess.
