It's much easier for me since I'm out of school (unfortunately) & can't seem to get hired (again, unfortunately). I workout 2-3 days in a row then take a day off to exercise. Each day has a different body part that I'll be working on: Monday-chest, Tuesday-Arms, Wednesday-rest, Thursday-Abs, etc.

Sadly only once a week now when I play football for a couple of hours on a Sunday evening. I only want to do exercise if it involves some sort of competitive sport. I can't find the willingness to do exercise on my own, it seems such a chore.

Before I started work recently, I used to do different types of workouts every three days.

Using games like Wii Fit, EA Active, Just Dance, and maybe once a week when I go to the arcade, Dance Dance Revolution/In The Groove, I worked out all week long with varying intensity. One day would be strength exercises where I do a full hour to hour and a half of strength routines from the games mentioned. Next day would be aerobics/cardio type things, and third day would be a wild card day, doing whatever I wanted. But every single say, I would do 30 minutes of Yoga as a warm up before beginning anything (or in cases of days off, doing nothing).

These days, I get my work out from work 5 days a week for 3-4 hours each day. I do my 30 minutes of Yoga stretches before work each day, but I still get way sore. Being a package handle has gotten me some bigger muscles and less weight, haha.

I work out every day  (100 push-up, sit-ups and jumping jacks) Because one of my friends dad used to train and spar with somone in mma (George somthing or other) and is teaching me how to box like a pro.

Being the lazy person that I am, I never work out at all. I have to show up to the gym at school once a week for an hour though in order to pass the course, but I try to get away with doing as little as possible. I do walk a lot though, but I don't count it as exercise

I exercise everyday (except Sunday which I use as a recovery day in case I'm sore and stuff) I go running twice a day (4 miles in the morning and 8-10 1/2 in the afternoon) followed by crunches and push-ups. It's really nice because I found out food seems to taste x100 better afterwards .

I don't get into serious hard core physical training but I do like to run whenever I can even if it is for short distances, I also like to do push ups but I prefer sit ups and I can do at least 60 each maybe 50 for push ups, I hate kids in my gym class who are just lazy and they find that doing 1 lap to be physical labor, it sickens me to see that this is the next generation of adults and they aren't in any shape to run a country if they can't even run 1 lap actually trying. I can lift like maybe 170 but that was a while ago, I am going to try to exercise more often in a gym this summer and maybe lift some weights, but I try to keep in shape unlike my obese classmates

 I  stay fit doing sports. I love sports and play them all year round. Skiing in the winter, football, track in the spring and summer. I also have a bench i use a lot in between the times that i have nothing going on.
