Yeah, we don't like that about Roku... it's one of the reasons we stopped watching things on our Roku, and just use the XBox 360 now.  It will play youtube videos, hulu, AND netflix.

Hulu has always had movies, but a HORRIBLE selection. However, like you, I've noticed that they are trying to improve that.

Only bLack and white tv-shows I remember seeing from tv are I love lucy and Peyton place. I prefered I love lucy. The rest of the shows mentioned in the thread I have only heard of in name only. Either they never bothered to rerun them here or they never showed them at all. I think the latter one is more close to the truth. When I was a kid there was only two channels with maybe 5-6 hours of programing a day.

But I really loved the I love Lucy reruns they showed in the nineties when I was in my teens. I guess a show as old as that which could capture the attention Of a cynical 90`s kid really had something in it.

I remember watching some black and which shows on repeat with my mom growing up. Then once we got cable and could watch Nick at Nite I was able to see a bunch more.

Singelli : Yeah most of the old humor is hit or miss. There are some great episodes of each though.

Honestly a lot of the shows I just saw for one reason or another on TV, or my mom introduced them to me at a young age because she used to watch them.
