I would have to say ichigo because everything he meets someone with more power than him he always seems to become about five times more powerful. Just look at the last episode he was able to cut through a house and mountain (I think I have not seen the last ep in a while) just by waving their zanpakuto

For the little information I have with Baki, and my overloading knowledge of Ichigo, I'm putting my money on Ichigo with this one. I believe he's just too strong for Baki if they ever fought 1 on 1.
