I am trying to record while playing zelda games so I can post them on youtube. I turn the screencaster on and start the game, but the game is really slow and glitchy. As soon as I stop the recording, the game is normal with it's normal speed. I also downloaded many different screencasters but still the game was slow. PLEASE HELP

I have the same issue. I may be wrong, but I blame the RAM. Basically, there's too much running at once so the computer starts running slower. When the recording program stops, it frees up some RAM, so the computer runs normally again.

When I had the problem, I just recorded as much as I felt like then used a program that came with my computer to edit the videos. I edit out the laggy parts, then take what's left over and make it look nice.
